Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Akeley, MN, noticed their deck foundation was beginning to struggle. Unsure of how to handle the issue, the homeowner knew they needed professional assistance. Following the inspection, Kole determined that the deck needed to be properly stabilized. Kole proposed a recommended plan of action and they agreed. Once they were approved, the plans were finalized by the office and directed to the assigned crew. After they arrived, the crew began by prepping the area of the Helical Pier installation. The crew installed four Helical Piers on the north side of the desk. After the piers were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was relieved to know their desk was permanently stabilized. American Waterworks is happy to stabilize another customer's home. 

Josh from Henning, MN got in contact with us when he began to notice his foundation was showing signs of sinkage. Our Foreman, Matt Zeller, and his production team dug eight holes outside of the home and inserted a long, medal rod in each hole from the exterior soil to the interior wall. Our team tightened on a GeoLock Wall Anchor to each rod, making the walls pull back to their original position. Matt and his crew capped the anchors and made sure Ron and Patricia were happy. To complete the installation, our crew back filled the holes and replaced the soil.
