Andrew and Sonya G. of Glyndon, MN had an old farmhouse that was settling and needed to be leveled. They wanted a professional to take a look and give a quote on getting it jacked back up to its original position. Our office staff got in contact with them and set them up with a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist. Our Design Specialist went to their home and proposed our SmartJack Foundation Repair System, which Andrew and Sonya were comfortable with, so they moved forward with the project.
Our Foreman and his production crew installed three of our SmartJacks. Our SmartJacks provide solid support to undersized beams, which restores the stability and straightness to sagging floor joists in a basement or crawl space. Over time, homeowners can adjust the tightness to ensure the system is sticking to its design.
