A homeowner in Rockford, IA, knew it was almost time for their annual service appointment. To confirm their appointment, the homeowner contacted our Service team. Our service team confirmed the appointment and shared that one of our Service Technicians, Braden, would be attending the appointment. A few weeks later, the appointment date arrived and Braden traveled to the home to begin. During his inspection, Braden checked to make sure all of the products were working correctly. While inspecting the crawl space, he noticed signs of water intrusion. To prevent the water intrusion from continuing, he recommended installing CleanSpace throughout the crawl space. Knowing this was their best option, the homeowner decided to go ahead with his proposal. Next, Braden passed the proposal to our Logistics team to approve and finalized the plans. Our Logistics team gave the final stamp of approval, then scheduled the project for the following weeks. Once the project date arrived, our Foreman, Matt, and his crew traveled to the home to encapsulate the crawl space. First, Matt and his crew installed Drainage Matting on the floors. Once the Drainage Matting was secured, they shifted their focus to installing CleanSpace on top of the Drainage Matting. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was impressed with the excellent work completed by the crew. American Waterworks is happy to repair its customers' damaged crawl spaces.
Carrie S. in Elgin, MN had a sunken front stoop that was sloping downwards towards her house and one of the steps had sunk a couple of inches. She contacted us for a FREE estimate, so we sent one of our Design Specialists, Don Mancilman, to her home to provide her with a solution. Don assured that her that we could level and raise her stoop using our PolyLevel foam injection. She was pleased to learn that our concrete repair solution is durable, faster and more affordable than traditional concrete repair, so she went ahead with the installation.
One of our PolyLevel experts, Jared Wroblewski, drilled penny-sized holes into her concrete stoop where it needed to be raised. He then injected the PolyLevel foam until the concrete was raised and leveled. Lastly, he filled the cracks in the concrete with our Nexus Pro sealant. The process was non-invasive, and it only took a couple of hours. Now Carrie will be able to enjoy a level stoop for years to come!
