Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, James. A few days later, James promptly arrived at the home and began the thorough radon test. After the test was completed, the levels were alarmingly high. James recommended installing a Radon Mitigation System in the home, and the homeowner agreed. Next, James and the homeowner worked together to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Radon Sales & Service Technician, Jackson, traveled to the home to begin. First, Jackson began by securing the Radon Mitigation System along the west wall. After the Radon Mitigation System was secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home. The homeowner was given peace of mind knowing the radon levels in their home were lowered.

Our Foreman, Matt Zeller, and his production team dug eight holes outside of the home and inserted a long, medal rod in each hole from the exterior soil to the interior wall. Our team tightened on a GeoLock Wall Anchor to each rod, making the walls pull back to their original position. Matt and his crew capped the anchors and made sure Ron and Patricia were happy.
