The weight of the home was able to transfer through the helical pier to deep soils. Lastly, Matt and his crew replaced the soil to make sure the yard looked neater than when they found it. Our Foreman, Tremaine Jackson and his production team began the project by digging eight holes outside of the home and inserting a long, metal rod from the inside of the basement to each hole. Next, our team installed and tightened a GeoLock Wall Anchor at the ends of each rod to straighten and stabilize the wall back into its original position. To complete the installation, Tremaine and his team backfilled each hole and replaced the soil, leaving the yard clean and neat. Dale was happy and appreciated all efforts involved!  

Water was leaking through the parking ramp of The Historic Union, which is an apartment building in Fargo, ND. Devon L., one of the managers of the apartment building, was worried about flooding and water moisture problems, so he wanted to get it repaired right away.
