In Fergus Falls, MN, a homeowner was concerned about the sinking sidewalk around their home. The homeowner knew the areas would become trip hazards, so they were determined to find a solution. After looking through a list of concrete leveling contractors in the area, the homeowner contacted us to schedule their FREE estimate.
In less than a week, our Design Specialist, Dylan J., arrived at the home to provide a thorough inspection. During the inspection, he took precise measurements to see how far the slabs had sunken and determined the areas that needed lifting and leveling. After reporting his findings to the homeowner, Dylan began working on a detailed solution. He recommended installing PolyLevel, our foam-expanding solution that fills gaps in the soil to lift uneven slabs, and NexusPro, our silicone-based sealant that is UV-resistant to seal the joints. After looking over the proposal, the homeowner happily agreed to the recommendations and decided to move forward with the project.
In about a month, our Foreman, Charlie C., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. The crew began by precisely drilling small holes into the concrete slabs. Then, PolyLevel is injected, filling in gaps in the soil. Once the slabs have been lifted to the desired height, the crew ensures they are level before sealing the holes. Lastly, they applied NexusPro along the joints to provide a seamless look.

A homeowner from Fergus Falls, MN, was growing concerned about his front walkway. Over the years the homeowner had noticed that the concrete had begun to sink, slowly pulling away from the home and leave large gaps next to the foundation. Worried about whether or not water would leak into his basement through the gaps, the homeowner decided to search for Minnesota concrete lifting. After speaking with friends and family and doing his own research online, the homeowner decided to get a few quotes, one of which was from American Waterworks.
A few weeks after scheduling, our Design Specialist, Jackson P, was headed out to the home to complete his free inspection. When Jackson concluded his evaluation, he sat down with the homeowner to go over next steps. Jackson informed the homeowner that the concrete was indeed shifting, and would need to be fixed. He went on to say that American Waterworks could aide the situation with the help of our PolyLevel. This unique polyurethane foam expands as it's injected below uneven concrete. As the foam expands it slowly fills the empty voids below the concrete left over by soil erosion. Jackson also recommended our NexusPro; a silicone-based joint sealant that is applied to the cracks and joints of the concrete after the lift is completed. This specially formulated product works to provide the concrete with long-lasting flexibility while defending the vulnerable soil below from harsh weather conditions and UV rays. The homeowner was thrilled to know he did not need to fully replace his concrete walkway and decided to schedule his project on the spot.
Several weeks later our Foreman, Charlie, and his Co-Foreman were at the home lifting the areas of sunken concrete. When the job had been completed our customer was thrilled to know that his concrete problems had been handled professionally, and non-invasively.

Our Foreman, Jesus Covarrubias, and his production team began the installation by breaking out the concrete perimeter, forming a trench. Next, our team applied our CleanSpace Wall System where the water was leaking. Our CleanSpace is a vapor barrier that prevents mold and humidity and serves as an extra wall protectant. Then, our team installed our WaterGuard System in the trench, which serves as an underground drain and collects water seepage from basement walls. In connection with the WaterGuard, our team installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System. Our TripleSafe solves all three water problems in one system and is the best sump pump that we provide for customers. To complete the project, Jesus and his crew covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. The homeowner was ecstatic with the work and had a remarkable experience from start to finish!

Our Foreman, Corey Tollefson, and his production crew started the installation by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter with a jackhammer, making a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Below-Floor Drain, which prevents water and mud clogs, collects water leakage from basement walls, and is our most common interior drainage system. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the entire wall perimeter. This barrier is designed to prevent moisture, mold, and mildew, saves money on energy costs, and provides a neat and clean appearance to the basement.
