Matt C. in Amboy, MN had cracked and bowing walls in his basement. He was concerned about the amount of stress it was putting on his foundation and did not want to let the damage get any worse, so he contacted us to receive a FREE estimate. We were happy to send one of our Design Specialists, Jeremy Radtke, to his home to inspect the foundation problem and provide him with a solution. Jeremy assured him that we could repair his foundation walls by installing wall anchors. Matt liked Jeremy’s proposal and felt like we were a good fit for him, so he scheduled the installation.
Our production team drilled rods through the brick wall to the soil outside of the home. They secured the rods with anchor plates on each end. Once the plates were tightened, Matt was able to visibly see a difference in the stability of the walls. The anchors will continue to straighten the walls over time as well. Our wall anchor system is backed by a lifetime warranty, so Matt can rest easy knowing he chose to invest in the long-term protection of his foundation.

Once the appointment was scheduled, our Design Specialist, Eric, headed out to the property to conduct his inspection. Once he finished his walkthrough, he informed the homeowner that he was right to contact us because the walls were indeed beginning to display signs of failure. He informed the homeowner that their best line of defense against complete failure was our GeoLock Wall Anchors. He explained that this innovative wall anchor system will permanently stabilize your foundation wall by anchoring your walls to the hard-packed virgin soil beyond your foundation. He went on to say that after installation, wall anchors can often be tightened over time to further straighten your foundation walls and pull them back to their original position. The homeowner agreed and work began a few weeks later.
After our team had finished the installation, they placed 10 of our GeoLock anchors throughout the basement of the home. Once the work was completed, the homeowner was thrilled to know that their foundation was no longer in trouble!

A homeowner in Battle Lake, MN had water leaking from their walls, causing them to worry about water damage and flooding hazards. When it comes to block foundation walls, the open spaces in each block may fill with water, which then leaks through the walls. By eliminating that, our crew broke out the bottom of the wall perimeter by a few inches, then drilled a weep hole into each block. Next, our team installed our DryTrak Drain Pipe System, which our crew did not have to use a jackhammer for. In this case, our team just applied it over the floor perimeter., which prevented extra labor and exposure to dust. The water then was able to pour through the holes and directly into the drain pipe.
The homeowner was happy with the repairs and was grateful we were able to help them with their basement waterproofing needs!
