Sagging Crawl Space Repaired in Mason City, IA

Jeremiah and his crew traveled to the home and began the project by clearing out all the debris. Once the debris was clear, the crew installed CleanSpace on the crawl space walls and floors. Once the crawl space was covered in CleanSpace, the crew shifted their focus to attaching Foamax to the crawl space walls. Finally, the crew installed the Aprilaire in the crawl space to ensure it stayed dry. Once all the products were installed, the crew could clean up their materials and leave the home. Buried Discharge Line Installed in Mason City, IA

After their arrival, Diego and his crew started by prepping the home and yard for the discharge line installation. The crew dug a line from the home to the outside drain 16 feet away from the home. The crew placed and covered the discharge line. Once it was secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was thankful for the excellent work completed by the crew. Flexispan will never dry out or crack over time. Once the FlexiSpan was installed, the crew covered it with CleanSpace. Diego and his crew successfully installed all the products in the home, so they cleaned up their materials and left the home. Cracked Foundation Wall Repaired in Mason City, IA

Uneven Walkway Leveled in Mason City, IA

Next, Romeo passed the plans along to our Logistics team to build the project. Once the project was built, the proposal was assigned to our Foreman, Jordan, and his crew. Jordan and his crew received the plans, so they prepared their materials and traveled to the home. As soon as they arrived, Jordan and his crew began lifting the sunken walkway slabs. Once the walkway was level, Jordan and his crew shifted to lifting the driveway slabs. The crew successfully lifted all these areas with PolyLevel, our polyurethane foam solution. Jordan and his crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was impressed with the efficient and excellent work completed by the crew.
