Melissia called American Waterworks in hopes that we could come to her home soon and install our waterproofing system and repair her foundation. We sent one of our Design Specialists, Dylan Woitas, to her home to develop the best solution for her home and provide her with a FREE estimate. Our Foreman, Matt Zeller, and his crew started installing our waterproofing system by removing the concrete around the perimeter of the basement and laying our WaterGuard drainage system. Next, they installed our TripleSafe sump pump and our CleanSpace vapor barrier system along the walls. The combination of these waterproofing products ensure that water will be properly discharged from her basement and that it will remain a dry and healthier space. Then, they installed 5 PowerBraces along the damaged foundation wall to halt any further movement and stabilize it. PowerBraces also provide the potential to straighten the wall as they are tightened over time. Melissia was pleased with the results and is glad she chose to invest in the protection of her home.
