Dylan went to Amanda's house, carefully inspected her basement, and determined a plan that worked for her and her needs. She was confident in our proposal and presentation, so she scheduled a date for the installation.
Our Foreman, Jose, and his production team installed our WaterGuard Below Floor Drain, which is an underground drain that prevents mud and water clogs and collects water seepage from basement walls. Next, they installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier, which is designed to prevent mold and humidity, save money on energy costs, and give the basement a clean, bright appearance. A Mankato, MN, homeowner was growing frustrated over his back utility room. Each time the area got rain, the homeowner was faced with pooling water near the baseboard of the room. Not wanting the issue to continue, potentially damaging appliances, the homeowner decided to search for MN waterproofing companies. When he found our website, he decided to sign up for his FREE estimate, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Dylan W, headed out to the home to see what could be done.
Once Dylan completed his inspection, he was ready to make his recommendations to the homeowner. Dylan explained that because the water seemed to be entering through cracks and holes near the floor, he was recommending our WaterGuard. He explained that WaterGuard is a French drain designed to be installed below the floor slab, resting on top of the foundation footing. This keeps this drainage system out of the "mud zone", where drains can clog. He went on to say that Installation involves removing a section of floor around the perimeter and creating a drainage trench. Sections of WaterGuard® are then placed within the trench, resting on a bed of drainage stone, and the floor is restored. Dylan finished by saying that the WaterGuard would be attached to the homeowner's existing sump pump. The homeowner liked the sound of the plan and scheduled the job for a few weeks later.
On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Juan B, and his team ended up installing 20ft of WaterGuard throughout the space. Now, our customer can rest easy knowing his appliances are safe from water intrusion!

A Mankato, MN, homeowner got in touch with us after she took a tumble over a piece of uneven concrete. She didn't want anyone else to get hurt, so she signed up for one of our FREE estimates, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist headed out to the home.
Once our Design Specialist finished his inspection, he met with the homeowner to deliver his recommendations. He explained that we could address the sinking concrete with the help of our PolyLevel method. PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected beneath concrete slabs. It works to fill voids left by soil erosion and to slowly return the concrete slabs to their original resting place. Our Design Specialist went on to say that once our team had finished the lift, they would install our NexusPro. A silicone-based sealant, NexusPro gets applied to cracks and joints in the concrete and works to protect the soil below from unwanted moisture. The homeowner liked the sound of the plan and scheduled the job for several weeks later.
On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Sam K, and his team completed the lift and seal with no issues. Now our customers can have guests over without worrying they'll take a tumble!
