American Waterworks Before & After Photos

One of our Pine Island, MN neighbor's contacted American Waterworks with concerns about their unlevel driveway and cracked concrete garage apron.  More specifically, Britt & Julie's garage door would not seal completely when closed, allowing water to seep into their parking space. American Waterworks used our trusted PolyLevel system to lift and level the concrete driveway slabs back to their original position and replaced the concrete garage apron to prevent any further water damage.   

Karen R. in Pine Island, MN had a shifting foundation wall that needed some support. Karen was concerned about the structural integrity of her home and wanted a cost-effective solution with minimal disturbance. We sent one of our Design Specialists, Rick Weber, to evaluate the situation and propose a unique solution for her home. 

Our Foreman, Cory Sather, and his production crew installed 7 CarbonArmor straps along the foundation to reinforce the bowing wall. The CarbonArmor system utilizes epoxy and carbon fiber straps to strengthen and stabilize the foundation. Karen was impressed with the quick installation, and her peace of mind has been restored! 

A Pine Island, MN, homeowner was doing laundry when she noticed a large crack in her foundation, running the length of the basement. Upon further investigation, she found that the wall was compromised in several areas. Not wanting the issue to worsen, she began searching for a reputable foundation company in Pine Island, MN. After installation, wall anchors can often be tightened over time to straighten your foundation walls further and pull them back to their original position. The homeowner liked the sound of Darin's plan, and the job was scheduled for some time later. 

On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Francisco, and his team were able to install 7 of our GeoLock wall anchors around the basement of the home.

Bob J. in Lansing, MN was experiencing water leaking into his basement. He wasn't quite sure where the water was coming from so he decided to contact a professional to inspect his basement. He called American Waterworks and we sent a Design Specialist to his home to provide him with a solution and a free estimate. The process took two days to complete, but now Bob's peace of mind is restored. His basement is now a dry, healthier space, and he is confident that the walls of his home are stable. He is glad he found a solution to repair his home for the long-term.
