In order to protect his foundation, our Design Specialist recommended that we install 5 wall anchors and 9 wall braces. A homeowner in Birchwood, WI, recently read an article discussing the dangers of radon. Concerned about their home's radon levels, the homeowners knew they needed to find a company that could provide them with a solution. The homeowner looked into a "radon mitigation company near me" and one of the first companies to show up was us, American Waterworks. After reading about our radon abatement systems, the homeowner knew we were the ideal company for their project. Since they were already on the website, the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. After the estimate was set, we sent one of our Design Specialists, Kyle, to the home to provide the homeowner with some answers. Kyle arrived at the home and then placed a radon test in the home. While the test was completed, Kyle found the best areas to place the Radon Mitigation System. After the test was completed, it showed the results were above 4.0pCis. Kyle recommended installing our Radon Mitigation System in the home. Knowing this was their best option, the homeowner agreed with Kyle's recommendations. Next, the proposal was passed to our Logistics team to build and approve the project. Our Logisitcs team gave the final stamp of approval, then it was scheduled for a few weeks later. Once the project date arrived, our Foreman, Dakota, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Dakota and his crew made sure the home was ready for installation. Next, Dakota and his crew installed the Radon Mitigation System. Once the Radon Mitigation System was secured, Dakota and his team cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was relieved to know their home's radon levels were at a safe level. American Waterworks is happy to provide their homeowners peace of mind knowing their home is secure. 

Greg H. in West Concord, MN noticed that his garage wall was pulling away from his home and it had created about a half inch gap between his house and the garage. Our production team started the installation by securing brackets into the garage floor as well as the rim joists. Then, they installed the PowerBraces into the brackets and tightened them as far as they could go.
