A homeowner from Cakato, MN, had noticed a large crack forming in her front concrete walkway. One of our Design Specialists, Shane, went to the property, did a complete evaluation, and gave Thomas his recommendations. Thomas answered all his questions and gave our team the go-ahead to get started.

Our Foreman, Kiko, and his production crew started in on three main goals. First, the installation of our WaterGuard System began with breaking out the concrete floor perimeter and forming a trench. Our WaterGuard is a patented below-floor drain that rests in a drainage bed on top of the foundation footing. It is our most commonly used drain system because of its resistance to water clogs, easy-to-access service ports, and ability to collect leaking water from basement walls. Second, they installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System. The TripleSafe Sump Pump System has three levels of protection to solve all water problems a homeowner may experience.

Along with the TripleSafe Sump Pump is a battery backup that helps in cases where power is lost in a home. The battery keeps the pumps draining any excess water build-up. To complete the WaterGuard project, Kiko and his team covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete.
