Dustin shared his findings with the homeowner but also provided them with a detailed solution. The homeowner knew this was the best plan of action, so they agreed with Dustin's recommendations. Next, Dustin passed the proposal on to our Logistics team to build and schedule the project. Once the project details were finalized, it was scheduled with our Foreman, Lane, and his crew to begin. The following month, Lane and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Lane and his crew started by installing WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, Lane and his crew shifted their focus to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe sump pump. Finally, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. Once all the products were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was relieved to know their basement was no longer at risk of water intrusion. American Waterworks is happy to provide their homeowners peace of mind.

Our Foreman, Kiko Pena, and his production crew installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier along the floor of the crawl space. Then, they installed our Foamax insulation panels along the walls. The combination of these products work together to make Kami’s crawl space a clean, dry, and energy efficient space. 

Larry and Sandy S. in Twin Lakes, MN did some research on the American Waterworks website after they came across cracked foundation walls in their basement. They filled out our online FREE Estimate form, so we sent out our Design Specialist, Mac Cole, to inspect the walls and come up with a solution to support their home. Our Foreman, Jesus Covarrubias, and his production team began the installation by digging 13 holes outside of the home and inserting a long, medal rod in each hole from the exterior soil to the interior foundation. Next, our team screwed on and tightened a GeoLock Wall Anchor on the end of each rod to secure and straighten the wall into its natural position. Lastly, Jesus and his crew backfilled the holes and replaced the soil. Larry and Sandy were grateful we were able to restore the structual integrity and value of their home!
