Paul from Mentor, MN, got in touch with us when he began to notice water in the crawl space beneath his summer property in addition to previous issues with tiny critters from the surrounding woods entering the space via holes and cracks in the foundation. Paul used his FREE estimate and we sent our Design Specialist, Kole, out to their property so he could do a full investigation and make his final recommendations. Kole recommended that the homeowners encapsulate the entire space with our CleanSpace paired with our drainage matting to make sure the water flows to the appropriate place. Kole also suggested using our spray foam to seal off any cracks or holes that could be used as a point of entry for water or critters. Our Foreman, Kiko, and his crew were able to install all of Kole's recommendations without any issues. Now John and his family can enjoy their beautiful summer home without any worries of uninvited critters guests. 

Zachary M. of Warren, MN had water leaking through the floor of his basement, causing him to worry about his home. Our office staff got in contact with him and set him up with a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Ian Schultz. Ian went to his home to inspect the problem and come up with a solution. Ian proposed our WaterGuard System, which serves as an underground drain, collects water from basement walls, and prevents water clogs. Zachary was comfortable with the proposal, so he went ahead with the solution. 

Our Foreman, Corey Tollefson, and his crew broke out the concrete floor forming a trench. In the trench, our crew installed our WaterGuard. After that, they covered the open gaps with rock and applied new concrete. Zachary was happy with the results!

Larry and Sandy S. in Twin Lakes, MN did some research on the American Waterworks website after they came across cracked foundation walls in their basement. They filled out our online FREE Estimate form, so we sent out our Design Specialist, Mac Cole, to inspect the walls and come up with a solution to support their home. Larry and Sandy were confident with Mac's proposal, so they went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Jesus Covarrubias, and his production team began the installation by digging 13 holes outside of the home and inserting a long, medal rod in each hole from the exterior soil to the interior foundation. Next, our team screwed on and tightened a GeoLock Wall Anchor on the end of each rod to secure and straighten the wall into its natural position. Lastly, Jesus and his crew backfilled the holes and replaced the soil. Larry and Sandy were grateful we were able to restore the structual integrity and value of their home! 

Spencer A. of Green Isle, MN had a sunken slab under his front step and he wanted to get it lifted back to its natural position. He got in contact with American Waterworks and scheduled a FREE estimate. Our Design Specialist inspected his concrete, proposed our PolyLevel, and wrote out a quote. Spencer was confident in our proposal, so he went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman and his crew injected 69 pounds of our PolyLevel underneath the slab to raise and level the surface. Spencer was happy with the work that was done!

Tim K. of Lester Prairie, MN had sunken concrete on his front porch walkway. Our Service Technician was out at his home for a service call.
