Impressed with our stellar ratings and reviews, the homeowner knew that we were the ideal company for their project. Next, the homeowner signed up for their FREE estimate on our website. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Speicalist, Ryan. A few days later, Ryan arrived at the home and began the thorough inspection. During the inspection, Ryan confirmed that several areas were suffering from water intrusion. To prevent this issue from worsening, Ryan suggested waterproofing the entire basement. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Ryan to schedule the installation date. Once the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Lane, and his crew traveled to the home to begin. First, Lane and his crew started by securing WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew cleaned and secured the TripleSafe Sump Pump in the corner of the basement. Finally, the crew finished the project by attaching CleanSpace to the unfinished basement wall. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was given peace of mind knowing their basement was secure. After the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew. If you notice a simliar issue, sign up for your FREE estimate today!
Dean S. of Paynesville, MN had an uneven and cracked front porch, causing him to worry about the appearance and value of his home. He got in contact with our office staff and scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Jesse Williams. Jesse went to his home, inspected his porch, and came up with a solution. Dean was comfortable with Jesse's proposal of our PolyLevel and NexusPro, so he moved forward with the project.
Our Foreman, Dylon Mish, and his crew member injected our PolyLevel to raise the sidewalk to the meet the porch. Our PolyLevel is a special, expanding foam that is injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and to raise and stabilize the concrete surface. Next, our crew applied our NexusPro over the cracks. Not only does our NexusPro provide a clean and neat appearance, but it prevents moisture from seeping into the soil beneath the concrete and it stands up to harsh weather conditions.
Dean was happy with the repairs and loves the new view!
Lorelle J. from Paynesville, MN was experiencing excess water build-up due to the old sump pump that was installed in the home. This water build-up was damaging other parts of her home including the foundation. Lorelle then contacted the Appointment Center here at American Waterworks to claim her FREE estimate entitling her to a free home inspection. Once an appointment was scheduled, our Design Specialist then attended the home and began a thorough inspection of the home and the perimeter of the home to properly diagnose the issues Lorelle is experiencing and provide a proper solution that would not only eliminate the issue but prevent any other issues from arising. Once the inspection was completed our Design Specialist recommended that Lorrelle replace the old sump pump and invest in the TripleSafe Sump Pump system that we offer here at American WaterWorks. Lorelle agreed and proceeded to schedule a date of installation.
Our Foreman, Julio Murillo, and his designated crew then proceeded with the installation process by taking out the pre-existing sump pump and replacing it with the Triple-Safe Sump Pump System. The Triple-Safe Sump Pump System has three levels of protection which solves all water problems a homeowner may experience. Along with the Triple-Safe Sump Pump comes a battery backup which helps in the case of a power outage, keeping the basement dry and secure. To finish the job the crew proceeded to fill the gaps with engineer fill to prevent any sediment from entering the sump pump basket and affecting the pumps. Once backfilled the team then proceeds to put a layer of concrete to provide a finishing look. Lorelle was happy with the job and had a great experience with the production crew!!

Ken S. in Thorton, IA contacted American Waterworks after seeing one of our ads in the local newspaper. His home already had two sump pumps, but water was still seeping into the basement, and he was looking for more options. We sent one of our Design Specialists, Ryan Powell, to meet with Ken and evaluate the situation. Ryan recommended our TripleSafe sump pump and Ken approved.
Our Foreman, Matt Zeller, and his production crew were able to swap out the sump pumps and also installed our SaniDry XP dehumidifier to take care of any humidity in the basement. For normal functioning, the TripleSafe has a Zoeller ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, Zoeller ½ hp pump will take over. In case of a power outage, our UltraSump battery backup sump pump, set at the highest level, will pump 11,500 gallons or more on a fully charged battery. Ken was impressed with the quick installation and is confident in his new TripleSafe sump pump!

In about a week, our Design Specialist, Tony B., arrived at the home to conduct a thorough inspection, answer any questions, and provide the best solution for the homeowner. During the inspection, Tony took note of the trip hazard that had formed as well as the issues the homeowner wanted addressed. Tony recommended PolyLevel, our elite foam expanding formula that accurately lifts settled slabs within seconds, to lift the concrete. After reviewing the proposal, the homeowner decided to move forward with the project.
In a couple of months, our Foreman, Troy J., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. PolyLevel is installed by first drilling small holes into the slabs. PolyLevel is then injected beneath the slab, filling in the voids and causing it to lift. Once the slab has been lifted to the desired height, the crew seals the holes with cement.
