Todd from New Richmond, WI, got in touch with us when he started to notice the walkway leading up to his front door was beginning to sink. Todd also saw areas of sinkage in front of his garage. He wanted to address the issue before it had the chance to worsen, creating potential tripping hazards. When he called in, he cashed in on his FREE estimate, entitling him to a thorough inspection into the issue. Once he completed his walkthrough, he recommended that Todd let us lift and level the slabs of concrete using our PolyLevel solution and finish the job with our NexusPro solution. Our crew, led by Foreman, Ben K, began the project by strategically drilling holes into the problem slabs. Then, they injected our PolyLevel into the holes. Our PolyLevel is an expanding polyurethane foam that, when injected under concrete, works to fill voids caused by soil erosion. The crew finished the job by sealing cracks and joints with our NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant that is specially formulated to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions, helping ensure that your concrete will stay raised for a long time to come.
