Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Brady. As soon as he arrived, Brady began the thorough inspection of the basement. During his inspection, Brady confirmed the sump pump was not acting right. Additionally, Brady noticed water damage near the bottom of the floor. To prevent this issue from continuing, Brady recommended installing several waterproofing products throughout the basement. Knowing this was their best option, the homeowner decided to go ahead with Brady's solution. Next, Brady passed the proposal to the Logistics team to build and schedule the project. After our Logistics team approved the plans, it was scheduled with our Foreman, Jeromy, and his crew. Once the project date arrived, Jeromy and his crew traveled to the home to begin the project. First, Jeromy and his crew started by installing WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew took out the old sump pump and replaced it with the TripleSafe Sump Pump. Finally, the crew completed the project by installing CleanSpace on the unfinished basement walls. Once all the products were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
