Priscilla P. of New Richmond, WI had water seeping through his limestone foundation, causing her to worry about the safety of her home. She called American Waterworks and scheduled a FREE estimate. Our Design Specialist went to Priscilla's home, carefully inspected the problems she was facing and determined a plan that would work for her. Priscilla was confident in the proposal of our Egress Window, so she went ahead with the project.
Our Foreman and his crew member began the installation by digging out the soil around the foundation, forming a large trench. Then, our team replaced Priscilla's degrading, wooden window with our Egress Window. This window allows in more fresh air and provides more brightness to the room. Next, our team installed our RockWell Egress Window Well, which provides a safe exit out of the home and is one-piece rigid construction. To complete the project, our team backfilled and compacted the soil. ensuring the entire space looked neater than when they found it.

Todd from New Richmond, WI, got in touch with us when he started to notice the walkway leading up to his front door was beginning to sink. Todd also saw areas of sinkage in front of his garage. He wanted to address the issue before it had the chance to worsen, creating potential tripping hazards. When he called in, he cashed in on his FREE estimate, entitling him to a thorough inspection into the issue. Our Design Specialist, Ben, headed out to the property to inspect the damage and make his recommendations. Once he completed his walkthrough, he recommended that Todd let us lift and level the slabs of concrete using our PolyLevel solution and finish the job with our NexusPro solution. Todd agreed and work began shortly after.
Our crew, led by Foreman, Ben K, began the project by strategically drilling holes into the problem slabs. Then, they injected our PolyLevel into the holes. Our PolyLevel is an expanding polyurethane foam that, when injected under concrete, works to fill voids caused by soil erosion. The crew finished the job by sealing cracks and joints with our NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant that is specially formulated to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions, helping ensure that your concrete will stay raised for a long time to come.
In the end, Todd was happy to know that this issue had been caught before it could worsen!
