Vicky and David R.'s existing windows were rotting out and they wanted new ones installed so no draft would get into the basement. They had previous work done by American Waterworks before so they worked with our company again. Our crew replaced their windows with our EverLast Replacement Windows and our WellDuct Window Drains. Our EverLast Windows are vinyl-framed, double-paneled, and energy-efficient. Our WellDuct Drain catches water seepage from guides it into the interior drainage system, which guides water out of the basement. Vicky and David were thrilled with the work and had another wonderful experience!

Previous windows in a homeowner's house were leaking water underneath their pre-existing Window Sunhouse, which is a dome protectant that prevents debris from invading the window. Our team at American Waterworks installed our Window Well Duct that collects any water that makes its way into the Sunhouse. In this scenario, our WellDuct Drain is connected to the homeowner's pre-existing waterproofing system which leads to the sump pump system to guide water out of the home. The homeowner was satisfied with the work and was grateful to no longer have water seeping in through their basement window.

A homeowner had always enjoyed sitting on his back patio area during the warmer spring and summer months in Albert Lea, MN. Unfortunately, a large crack had developed over the last few years and had progressively gotten worse. During his search he came across the name American Waterworks and was intrigued by our FREE estimate services. He scheduled his no obligation appointment and was greeted later by our Design Specialist, Nate Bernard. Nate suggested the installation of PolyLevel, to lift and level the sunken concrete and NexusPro, to seal the crack and smooth the surface. An Albert Lea, MN, homeowner had been dealing with an issue with his basement walls for some time now. He had observed several stairstep cracks forming on the walls, as well as one wall bowing inward. He knew he had to act fast to fix the issue, so he began to look for a foundation contractor in MN. When he found our website, he signed up for his FREE estimate, and several weeks later, our Design Specialist, Dustin A, headed out to the home.
Dustin completed his inspection, and when he finished, he informed the homeowner that he believed we could fix the issue with the help of our PowerBraces. The PowerBrace™ is a patented foundation wall repair system that's designed to stabilize failing basement walls and provide the potential to straighten walls over time. These steel I-beams will stabilize the wall in its current position without any further adjustment. Over time, the PowerBrace™ System can be tightened to make bowing or tilting walls straighter and more vertical. The homeowner liked the sound of Dustin's plan, so he signed on the spot.
The day of the project eventually rolled around. Our Foreman, Jesus M, led his team through the successful installation of 5 of our PowerBraces throughout the basement. Now, our customer can rest easy knowing his foundation worries are in the past!
