Our concrete repair experts drilled small holes into the concrete to inject a polymer foam called PolyLevel. Once the foam is injected into the concrete, the foam expands and raises it. John G. in Janesville, MN wanted to sell his home, but he had a settling foundation. In order to get the best value for his home, he needed to repair his foundation. He contacted American Waterworks to receive a FREE estimate, so we sent a Design Specialist to his home to inspect his foundation and provide a personalized solution. John was impressed with our products and the warranty behind them, so he scheduled the installation.

Our production crew started the installation by digging out the soil surrounding the home where the foundation was settling. Then, they installed heavy-duty steel brackets below the footing of the foundation. Next, rugged, interlocking steel pier sections are hydraulically driven through the bracket until bedrock or stable soil is reached. The weight of the home is then transferred through the piers to load-bearing soil. The installation took roughly two days to complete, but now the foundation of John’s home is permanently stabilized, and it is ready to be put on the market!
