Sinking Sidewalk Lifted in Lakeland, MN

A homeowner in Lakeland, MN, noticed their sidewalk was a mess. Knowing this could become a tripping hazard, the homeowners wanted to have this resolved. The homeowners did not want to replace their entire sidewalk, so they searched for a repair option. While going through all the companies, the homeowner was impressed by the work done by us, American Waterworks. After seeing we offer FREE estimates, the homeowner called our Appointment Center to set up their consultation. After the date was set, the homeowners prepared for the arrival of Design Specialist, Gary. Once Gary arrived, he began his detailed inspection of the sidewalk. Gary determined that the sidewalk was sinking and causing all the issues. Gary recommended that the sidewalk be lifted and leveled to even it all out. The homeowners agreed to Gary's suggestions and production commenced. Our Foreman, Patrick, and his crew arrived at the home to begin the project. First, the crew inserted the PolyLevel underneath the sinking sidewalk. Once the sidewalk was lifted to the appropriate level, the crew shifted their focus to replacing the old joints. To replace the joints, the crew utilized the NexusPro Joint Sealant. After all the new joints were filled, the crew could clean up their materials and leave the home. The homeowners were impressed that their sidewalk looked as good as new. American Waterworks is happy to assist its customers with their concrete lifting and leveling needs.

Bowing Block Foundation Stabilized in Freeborn, MN

Arik M. in Freeborn, MN had a bowing wall in his garage. He was concerned about the pressure this was putting on his foundation, so he contacted the foundation repair experts at American Waterworks. We sent a Design Specialist to inspect his garage and provide him with a free estimate. After the inspection, our Specialist recommended that we install wall anchors to straighten and stabilize the wall. Arik felt that our solution was the best fit for his needs, so he decided to move forward with the project.

Our anchors are designed to install quickly and with minimal disruption to the home and landscaping. They are designed with galvanized steel, which allows for long-term corrosion resistance. Arik’s peace of mind has been restored knowing that his foundation wall is now permanently secure.
