Ian recommended she install a Rockwell window replacement in addition to a window well duct drain to drain any seepage. Our Foreman, Ryan, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter with a jackhammer, making a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Below-Floor Drain which is the most common interior drainage system that we provide for homeowners. It has easily accessible service ports, prevents water and mud clogs, and it collects water waste from basement walls. Next, our crew installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the basement wall perimeter, which prevents mold and mildew, covers holes and divots in the walls, and gives the basement a neat, fresh appearance. To complete the work, our crew filled the open gaps in the floor with river rock and applied new concrete over them, ensuring the space looked neater than when they found it.

Our Foreman and the production team then installed five of our SmartJacks along the support beam of the home. Before installing the SmartJack, the production team dug a hole two feet deep. Then they backfilled the hole with engineer fill which is designed to dissipate the amount of force the SmartJack is experiencing. Once the SmartJack was set the team proceeded to use CleanSpace to encapsulate the crawlspace to prevent moisture and mold to affect the rest of the foundation.
