Josh E. of Center, ND kept getting water in his basement after it rained. He found American Waterworks and scheduled a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist, Ian. Ian went to Josh's house to inspect his water leaks and determine a solution. Josh was confident in Ian's proposal, so he went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Cameron, and his production team started the installation by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. Inside the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Below Floor Drain, which is designed to prevent water clogs and serve as an underground drain. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier, which is designed to prevent mold and humidity, and save money on energy costs. Lastly, our crew installed our SuperSump Plus M53 Sump Pump, which comes with two pumps and keeps basements dry for long periods of time. To complete the project, our crew filled the open-floor gaps with river rock and applied a new layer of concrete over them. Josh was happy with the work that was completed!

In less than a week, one of our Design Specialists arrived at the home for the inspection. During the inspection, he noticed standing water and stair-step cracking on the foundations walls. In that proposal, our Design Specialist recommended stabilizing the walls using GeoLock, our wall anchor system, and PowerBrace, our steel i-beams. In a couple of months, our Foreman, Juan P., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. The crew installed 11 GeoLock and PowerBrace, 124ft of WaterGuard, 1 SuperSump+, 1 IceGuard, and 1 Shipshape.

A homeowner in Ross, ND, noticed water seeping in between the blocks of the foundation wall. Our crew arrived at the site and began the job. First, the crew began by installing eight Geo-Locks and PowerBraces on the east basement wall. Then, the crew attached Carbon Armour on the remaining basement walls for additional support. After stabilizing the foundation, the crew applied SprayFoam on the joists around the perimeter. Finally, the crew installed CleanSpace on all the basement walls. The homeowners were relieved that their foundation was stable. Sharon from Garrison, ND got in contact with us when she began to make plans to transform her backyard by adding a deck. Sharon had experienced soil sinkage in her backyard before and wanted to build her deck, knowing that it would be stable for years to come. The Foreman for the project, Sam, ended up strategically installing 8 of our helical piers in the area where Sharon had envisioned her deck. Now that the job is completed, Sharon is happy to know she can design her dream deck

Once the Logistics team built the project, it was sent to our crew to begin production. The crew received the plans, then they traveled to the home to begin the project. First, the crew installed WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew took out the old sump pump and replaced it with the TripleSafe Sump Pump. Next, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. After all the products were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
