John B. in Stillwater, MN had an added-on porch that had started settling. The concrete had started to sink, and the foundation walls were cracked. He was concerned about water and pests coming in, as well as the pressure the it was putting on his foundation. He started to research possible solutions and he came across the American Waterworks website.
He contacted us to receive a FREE estimate, so we sent our Design Specialist, Chad Johnson, to his home to inspect his foundation and design a solution. Chad worked closely with John to create a solution that was the best fit for his needs. John liked the proposal that Chad presented to him, so he chose to move forward with repairing his foundation.
Our production crew installed 6 wall anchors underneath the porch and CarbonArmor over the cracks in the wall. They also injected PolyLevel foam to raise the concrete around the foundation and make it a level surface. The combination of these foundation and concrete repair products have stabilized John’s foundation. He now has peace of mind that his porch is secure. A homeowner in Stillwater, MN, wanted to have their sidewalk repaired before winter arrived. The homeowner asked around their neighborhood for any suggestions, and several people directed them to us. The homeowner saw that we offered FREE estimates, so they decided to call our Appointment Center and sign up for theirs. Soon after the appointment was set, we sent one of our Design Specialists, Nate, to investigate the status of the sidewalk. When Nate arrived, he introduced himself to the homeowners and inspected the concrete. Nate found that the sidewalk was sinking and notified the homeowner. Nate suggested that the concrete be lifted and leveled, so the sinking would stop. After deliberating, the homeowner decided to follow through with Nate's suggestions.
