Our Foreman, Jose Castillo, and his production crew installed 11 PowerBraces along the bowing foundation walls. The steel I-beams stabilize the wall in its current position, and over time, can be tightened to make the walls straighter and more vertical. Not wanting anyone to take an unnecessary tumble, he decided to research companies in the area that could help with the problem. Our PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when injected below slabs, filling voids left by soil erosion and slowly lifting the slab back to its desired resting spot. Aidan went on to say that we finished the process by installing our NexusPro. This silicone-based sealant gets applied directly to the cracks and joints in the concrete, preventing any unwanted water from getting below the slab. The homeowner agreed and the work was scheduled to be completed a few weeks later.
