A homeowner in Warsaw, MN, had noticed the concrete around their home had begun sinking, causing the area to become uneven. In less than a week, our Design Specialist, Kevin B., arrived at the home to conduct a thorough inspection of the concrete. During the inspection, he took a close look at the problem areas and measured how far the slabs had begun sinking. After reporting his findings to the homeowner, Kevin recommended lifting the slabs with PolyLevel, our foam solution, and sealing the joints with NexusPro, our silicone-based sealant. After looking over the proposal, the homeowner happily agreed.

In about a month, our Foreman, Troy J., and his crew arrived at the home to lift the concrete slabs. The crew began by drilling small holes into the slabs. Next, PolyLevel is injected beneath, lifting the slabs back to their original position. In about a week, our Foreman, Ryan T., and his crew arrived to apply NexusPro along the joints.

Next, our team covered the open gaps with rock and applied new concrete on top of it.
