Our Foreman, Ryan, and his production team began the project by ensuring that Laura had all of her questions answered and was comfortable. After a thorough introduction, our team went down to the basement and got to work. Ryan and his crew installed five of our PowerBraces, which is a patented wall repair system that is designed to stabilize failing basement walls and provide the potential to straighten the walls over time. Our installers, Austin Cunningham and Charlie Coleman, started the project by introducing themselves to Everet and ensuring all of her questions were answered. After a thorough introduction, Austin and Charlie began the installation by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Drainage System, which as an underground drain alternative, collects water leaking from basement walls, and protects the home from water or mud clogs. Next, our team installed our SuperSump Plus M53 in the corner of the basement, which works collaboratively with our WaterGuard and keeps the basement clean and dry, especially during harsh weather conditions. To complete the project, Austin and Charlie filled the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over them, ensuring the basement was cleaner than when they found it.
