A customer from St. Cloud, MN got in contact with us when they noticed a large crack beginning to form on their west basement wall Our customers knew that they were experiencing wall failure, and were afraid that if they didn't fix the issue they would run the risk of complete failure and a more costly fix. When they called in we set them up with our FREE estimate, entitling them to a thorough inspection by one of our Design Specialists. After the appointment was set, our Design Specialist, Shane, headed out to the property to do a walk-through. Once he finished, he recommended how we could best fix the issue. Shane wanted to use our GeoLock Anchors to correct the issue. He explained to our customer that these anchors would be the best bet to permanently stabilize the foundation wall because it anchors the problem wall to the hard-packed virgin soil beyond the foundation. He went on to say that once the installation was complete, the anchors could be tightened over time to add further stability to the walls. Our customer agreed with Shane and renovations began shortly after. Our Production crew, led by our Foreman, Dylon, ended up installing 4 of our anchors on the problem basement wall with little hassle.
When the work was completed our customer was happy to know that their foundation worries were in the past!
Sharon H. of Saint Cloud, MN had a cracked foundation wall in her basement, and she was worried about the stability and structural build of her home. She went on Google and researched foundation repair contractors that service her area. She came across American Waterworks and our foundation repair products, so she called our office line and scheduled a FREE estimate with our team. Our Design Specialist, Ryan, went to her home and carefully inspected the problems that she was facing. After a thorough inspection, Ryan proposed our GeoLock Channel Anchors. Sharon was comfortable with the product and its warranty, so she went ahead with the project.
Our Foreman, Luis, and his production team began the project by introducing themselves to Sharon and ensuring all of her questions were answered. After a thorough introduction, our team got to work and dug two holes outside of the home, beyond the foundation. Our team inserted a long, metal rod from the inside of the foundation to each hole outside of the home, and installed an anchor plate to the end of the rod in the soil, which holds and secures it in place. Next, our team installed a GeoLock Channel Anchor to the end of each rod against the inside of the foundation wall. Our GeoLock Channel Anchors are made to stabilize walls that are bowing, tipping, pushing in at the bottom, or tilting at the top. To complete the project, our team backfilled the holes, compacted the soil, and ensured the yard was neater than when they found it. Sharon was happy with the project and had a great experience from appointment to installation!

A homeowner in Saint Cloud, MN, was concerned about his settling driveway as it was visually unappealing and decreased the home's resale value. He decided to look into concrete services in the area and came upon our website. After browsing our website, he was so impressed with our 5-star reviews that he decided to contact us to schedule his FREE estimate.
Our Design Specialist, Kyle P., arrived at the home on the scheduled date and assessed the driveway. He explained to the homeowner that one of the common causes of a settling driveway is soil compaction and settling. When a soil's load-bearing capacity exceeds, in this case, the weight of vehicles parked and driven on them, it causes the soil to sink and settle. To fix this issue, Kyle recommended our PolyLevel, a high-density polyurethane formula that stabilizes and lifts concrete slabs, NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks, and SealantPro, to protect the concrete. The homeowner happily agreed to Kyle's suggestion and his design was then sent to our Foremen Ryan T., Dylon V., and Sam K.
In a couple of months, our Foreman, Ryan T., and his crew arrived to apply the SealantPro. SealantPro is stain-resistant, protecting the concrete from liquids such as oil or gasoline. Dylon and his crew arrived in a couple of days to lift the concrete. This is done by drilling small holes into the concrete slab. Injection ports are then installed, and PolyLevel is injected beneath the slab. Once it has been lifted, the crew ensures that it is leveled before sealing the holes with concrete. In about two weeks, Sam and his crew arrived to seal the cracks and joints with NexusPro.
