Once the driveway was lifted back to its original height, the crew could clean up their materials and leave the home. The homeowner was impressed with the progress and work completed by the crew. Next, from the interior foundation, our crew inserted long, metal rods through the wall to each hole. In this process, each anchor is connected by the steel rod to a wall plate that provides pressure against the inside of the foundation wall. This process also gives it the potential to straighten back to its original position. To complete the installation, Raul and his team tightened each anchor, backfilled the holes, and ensured the soil was compacted.
