When the project date arrived, our Foreman, Dylon, and his crew arrived to install the PolyLevel, our polyurethane foam injection solution. Next, Dylon passed the project to another Foreman, Ryan, to fill the cracks and replace the joints with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. Next, PolyLevel is injected beneath the slab and lifting it. Once it has been lifted and leveled, the crew seals the holes. Lastly, the crew applied NexusPro along the joints.

In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Drainage System. Our WaterGuard is made to prevent water clogs, serve as an underground drain that connects to the sump pump, and collect leaking water from basement walls. Then, Ryan and his team installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier System, which is made to prevent mold and humidity, act as an extra wall protectant, cover any holes or divots, and it gives the space a clean and neat appearance. To complete the installation, our team covered the open floor gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over it, making the basement look neater than when they found it. Next, our team installed our DryTrak Baseboard Drain Pipe around the floor perimeter, which collects water from basement walls, stays out of the mud zone, and requires no jackhammering. Since this foundation's floor and footing comes as one piece, DryTrak was the correct interior drainage system to use.
