A homeowner in Burnsville, MN was concerned for his walkway as it has been a major trip hazard for friends and family. She decided that it was time to address the issue and began searching for concrete lifting services in the area and found our website. After browsing our website, the homeowner was extremely impressed with our concrete before and after transformations which made her contact us to schedule her FREE estimate.
In a couple of weeks, our Design Specialist, Kyle P., arrived at the home to inspect the walkway and to answer any questions the homeowner had. After the inspection, Kyle created a proposal recommending PolyLevel to lift the concrete. He explained that PolyLevel is a polyurethane formula specifically designed to expand beneath settling slabs and accurately lift it to the desired level. After reviewing Kyle's proposal, the homeowner decided to move forward with the project.
In about a month, our Foreman, Jordan S., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. They began by lifting the slabs drilling small holes into them and inserting the injection ports. PolyLevel is then injected beneath the slab, expanding and filling in the gaps in the soil. Once the slab has been lifted the crew ensures it is level before sealing the holes with cement. After the crew was done with the installation, they cleaned up their equipment and left the home.
