Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of Nick, one of our Design Specialists. Once Nick arrived, he began the in-depth examination of the foundation. Following his evaluation, Nick determined that the wall needed to be permanently stabilized. Nick proposed a solution that would solve all the homeowner's concerns and provide a long-term solution. After consideration, the homeowner agreed with Nick's plan and production commenced. Our Foreman, Jeremiah, and his crew arrived at the home to begin construction. First, the crew prepared the foundation for the GeoLock installation. GeoLocks is our innovative wall anchor system that permanently stabilizes your foundation walls by anchoring the walls to untouched soil beyond your foundation. Along the south wall, the crew installed five GeoLock anchors.  Once the GeoLocks were installed, the crew was able to clean up their job site. The homeowners were relieved to know that their wall was permanently stabilized and saved. American Waterworks is happy to provide our customers peace of mind. 

A homeowner in Long Lake, MN, noticed water stains throughout their basement. Unsure of the cause, the homeowner knew they needed to find the source of the issue. The homeowner began looking for the best waterproofing company near Minneapolis. After asking a local Facebook group chat, the same name kept getting brought up, American Waterworks. The homeowner went to our website and took a closer look at our company. After seeing our impressive projects and reviews, the homeowner signed up for their FREE estimate. We sent one of our Design Specialists, Nick, to the home to complete the inspection. After Nick arrived at the home, he introduced himself to the homeowner and began his detailed walkthrough of the home. Nick completed the inspection and determined the basement needed to be properly waterproofed. Nick recommended a solution that would solve the water intrusion issues. Knowing this was their best option, the homeowner agreed. The plans were sent to the office for approval, and then to our Foreman, Deigo. Deigo and his crew made their way to the home and began the project preparations. First, the crew installed WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement. Next, the crew took out the old sump pump and replaced it with the SuperSump+. Following the sump replacement, the crew attached an IceGuard to the outside discharge line. Finally, the crew installed an Aprilaire E70 in the home. Once all the products were successfully installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was in awe of the excellent work completed by the crew. American Waterworks is happy to waterproof another homeowner's basement. 

A homeowner in Prior Lake, MN reached out to American Waterworks after noticing her concrete patio had collapsed and requested a free estimate for the lift.  Kevin, our Concrete Leveling Design Specialist, was able to come up with using our trusted PolyLEVEL concrete leveling application, suggesting she also protect her investment by including a silicone-based sealant called NexusPro.  NexusPro seals joints and cracks from further water damage and is specially engineered to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to the harshest weather conditions.  

Jamie and Pat B. of Prior Lake, MN had water leaking into their unfinished basement, causing them to feel nervous living in their own home, so they went to their local home show to find contractors that could help them. Our Foreman, Cory Sather, and their production team started the installation by breaking out the concrete perimeter of the basement, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed 42 feet of our WaterGuard System, which is designed to collect water seepage from basement walls and act like an underground drain. Next, we applied 42 feet of our CleanSpace Wall System around the wall perimeter, which is made to prevent mold and humidity and acts as an extra support system. To complete the project, Cory and his team filled the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Jamie and Pat could not believe the installation only took a day. They had a remarkable experience from start to finish!

Our Foreman, Trevor Ellingson, and his crew member injected 36 pounds of our PolyLevel underneath the concrete to raise and stabilize the surface. Our PolyLevel is a special foam that cures quickly and prevents further soil disruption. Next, our team applied 36 feet of our NexusPro over the concrete cracks. Our NexusPro is a sealant that provides long-term flexibility, prevents further cracking, and gives the concrete a neat and clean appearance. Madison was thrilled with the work and had a remarkable experience from start to finish!
