Ian from Victoria, MN, gave us a call when he noticed a sizable gap forming between some of the concrete slabs making up the walkway to his home. Ian feared that if the concrete kept sinking it would create even more of a tripping hazard, making for a potentially dangerous situation. When he called in, we set Ian up with our FREE estimate, which entitled him to a thorough inspection of the issue. Our Design Specialist, Jarrett, headed out to the property to assess the situation, and when he was finished, made his recommendation as to how we could help fix Ian's issue. Jarrett explained to Ian that he could be experiencing settling for numerous reasons, but the culprit was the soil beneath. Jarrett wanted to use our PolyLevel injection to lift and level the concrete back to its former state. Ian agreed and work began shortly after. Our Foreman, Troy, and his crew began the project by strategically drilling holes into the concrete slabs. Next, they injected the PolyLevel, an expanding polyurethane foam. Then, they monitored the lifting process, ensuring that the slab got back to its original position. The process was quick, and the concrete was ready to be walked on almost immediately after.  

When the project was done Ian was happy to see that the tripping hazards had been eliminated and that his concrete would stay in place for a long time to come. 

A homeowner in Victoria, MN, did not like the look of cracks growing throughout their driveway. To fill these cracks, the crew utilized NexusPro Crack Repair. Once all the cracks were filled, the crew shifted their focus to the joint near the garage. The crew took over all the old joints and replaced them with the Nexus Pro Joint Sealant. Finally, the crew cleaned their site and moved on to their next job. Ave, a homeowner from Bethel, MN, reached out to our team because she was having issues with water continually leaking into the basement around the edge of the floor. The moisture along the walls was concerning to her, and so she wanted an expert to look at the situation and provide a FREE estimate.

We sent one of our Design Specialists, Shane Nephew, to evaluate the situation and propose a unique solution for her home. After the inspection, Shane recommended a combination of our waterproofing products. Ave approved the plan and moved forward with the project.  

Our Foreman, Lane Schlobohm, and his crew arrived at the home and promptly got to work. The team began the waterproofing project by removing the concrete around the perimeter of the basement floor to create a trench. Then, they laid the WaterGuard in the trench. The wide-open design of this drain helps it resist clogs, while a removable lid allows for easy access and maintenance. Our drain system is custom-designed to protect and help keep your basement dry all the time! The team then installed a SuperSump sump pump. They filled the gaps with rock and replaced the concrete around the sump pump and over the WaterGuard. Water now properly drains to the sump pump through the WaterGuard. The water is then expelled from the home through the discharge line. Ave's peace of mind has been restored, and she can now enjoy a dry, healthier basement for years to come!

The combination of these crawl space waterproofing products gave Fred the dry and clean crawl space that he wanted. He is now protected from any water seeping into is basement.

Our Foreman, Troy Johnson, injected 50 pounds of our PolyLevel underneath the concrete, which raises and stabilizes the surface. Our PolyLevel is a special, dense foam that cures quickly and prevents any further soil build-up. Next, Troy applied 34 feet of our NexusPro over the concrete cracks. Our NexusPro is a protective sealant that provides long-term flexibility, prevents further bubbling or cracking, and gives the concrete a neat appearance. Gloria was thrilled with the work and had a remarkable experience from start to finish!
