Our Foreman, Dakota, and his crew member, Geno, installed our radon mitigation system from his utility room, through the garage, to the attic, and up through the roof. Merle M. in Watertown, MN had multiple cracked foundation walls in his basement. The walls were starting to bow inward, and he had noticed the walls gradually deteriorating over the years. He decided it was time to look into repairing his foundation, so he contacted American Waterworks for a FREE estimate. One of our Design Specialists, Jeremy Radtke, went to his home to inspect the situation and develop a solution. Jeremy assured Merle that we could permanently restore his foundation by installing wall anchors. Merle was pleased to hear this!

Our team installed 8 wall anchors by drilling small holes through the damaged foundation walls, inserting long metal rods and securing each end of the rods with wall anchors. The process took about two days, but now Merle's foundation is permanently repaired, and his peace of mind has been restored.

David N. in Saint Michael, MN was concerned about the unsafe concrete walkway leading to his front door. The uneven concrete posed a dangerous trip hazard for him and his family, so he contacted American Waterworks to receive a FREE estimate! We sent one of our Design Specialists, Reed Hudson, to his home. After inspecting David’s concrete, Reed designed a solution using our PolyLevel foam and NexusPro sealant. David was pleased to learn that PolyLevel is a faster, quicker and less invasive solution compared to traditional mudjacking.

Our Foreman, Troy Johnson and his crew, drilled small holes into the concrete where to foam needed to be injected. Then, they carefully injected the foam until the concrete slabs were raised and leveled with each other, therefore eliminating the trip hazard. Once they finished raising the walkway, they sealed the cracks with our NexusPro sealant to protect the concrete, and give it a beautiful, finished look! The process only took a few hours to complete, and now David can enjoy a beautiful, safe walkway for years to come.

A homeowner in Saint Michael, MN, noticed the crack in their wall rapidly grow. Worried about the long-term effects, the homeowner knew it was time to have the wall professionally inspected. Eric determined that the wall was rapidly failing due to hydrostatic pressure. Eric suggested it be permanently stabilized to prevent the wall from total failure. The homeowners agreed and production preparations began. Our Foreman, Luis, and his crew traveled to the home to begin production. First, the crew made sure the wall was prepared for the GeoLock installation. Then, the crew installed five GeoLock anchors on the east basement wall. Once the GeoLocks were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowners were relieved to know their wall was no longer failing.
