A homeowner from La Farge, WI, had noticed over the years that the concrete patio attached to the back of her home had been sinking. Year after year, she watched as the concrete slipped further away from the back patio door. She didn't want the issue to persist, so she decided to search for concrete repair companies near La Farge, WI. When she saw one of our printed ads in a local newspaper, she knew she had to call to claim her FREE estimate and quote. Several weeks later, Ross J, one of our Design Specialists, headed out to the home.
Ross got right to work assessing the concrete. When he finished, he informed the homeowner that we could fix the sinking concrete with the help of our PolyLevel. Ross stated that our PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected beneath sinking concrete. It works to fill voids left by soil erosion and, in the process, lifts the concrete back into its original position. The homeowner loved the idea of a non-invasive installation, so he scheduled his job for several weeks later.
Our Foreman, Sam K, and his team were able to complete the lift and level with no issues. Now, our customer can enjoy her back patio without worries that her concrete is in trouble.
A homeowner in Ontario, WI, had noticed that there was a large gap forming between her driveway and some adjoining concrete stairs. She suspected that if she let the problem get worse, she could have a dangerous tripping hazard on her hands. She decided to begin the search for a company that could help with the issue. She had noticed lots of American Waterworks vehicles in her town, and yard signs around her neighborhood, so she decided to call us and take advantage of our FREE estimate, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Will R, headed out to the home.
After Will completed his inspection, he informed the homeowner that she was right to call us, and that addressing concrete issues sooner rather than later is always going to be more beneficial. He let her know that American Waterworks could lift the sunken concrete using our PolyLevel. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when injected below concrete slabs, filling voids left by soil erosion and slowly lifting the concrete back into place. Will went on to say that we finish all of lifting projects by applying our NexusPro. A silicone-based sealant, NexusPro gets applied to cracks and joints in the concrete and works to prevent any moisture from getting below the slab and saturating the soil below. The homeowner agreed and work began weeks later.
On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Sam K, was able to lift and seal the concrete to the homeowner's liking. Now, our customer can have peace of mind in her concrete!

Jeff and Heidi B. of Eastman, WI had cracked walls in their basement, making them feel nervous and unsafe living in their home. After doing some research on our website, they called our office line to schedule a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Jeremy Girgen. Jeremy went to their home to inspect the walls and come up with a solution. After a thorough inspection, Jeff and Heidi felt comfortable with the proposal, so they went ahead with the project.
Our Foreman, Juan Pena, and his production team began the project by digging 11 holes outside of the home. Next, Juan and his team inserted a long, metal rod from the inside of the basement, through the foundation, to each hole outside of the home. Our team tightened and screwed on a GeoLock Wall Anchor on the ends of each rod to pull the walls back and stabilize them into their natural positions. To complete the project, Juan and his crew backfilled the holes and replaced the soil, leaving the yard looking neater than when they found it. Jeff and Heidi were thrilled with the work completed and had a remarkable experience from beginning to end!
