They did some research on our website and came across our foundation repair products. Our Foreman, Matt Zeller, and his production team began the project by digging four holes in front of the home. Our team inserted a long, metal rod from the inside foundation wall to each hole outside of the home. Next, our crew tightened and screwed on a GeoLock Wall Anchor on the end of each rod in the soil to anchor itself there and brace the foundation wall. Lastly, Matt and his team installed and tightened four of our GeoLock Channel Anchors inside of the foundation wall, which are made to straighten cracking and bowing walls over time. To complete the project, our crew backfilled the holes and replaced the soil. The homeowner was thrilled with the work, and had a great experience!

Our Foreman and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Drainage System, which prevents water clogs, serves as an underground drain that joins with the sump pump, and collects water seepage from basement walls. Charles from Buffalo, ND was looking for a way to make his basement safer and drier. He decided he would call American Waterworks to receive a FREE estimate, so we sent a Design Specialist, Evan, to his home to inspect his basement and create the right solution for his needs.
After heading out to his property to complete the inspection, our Design Specialist, Evan, showed Charles why a better water filter was needed, and what American Waterworks could do to drain moisture and eliminate water settlement. Charles was excited by the proposal and was confident all his questions were answered, so he signed the contract and set up a date for the installation.
Our Crew, lead by our Foreman, Tanner, installed our WaterGuard System. Our WaterGuard collects water leakage from basement walls, serves as an underground drain, and prevents water and mud clogs by staying out of the mud zone. Tanner and his crew also installed our SuperSump Plus System, engineered to help keep the basement dry and healthy for extended periods, even in times of heavy water intrusion. To finish the job, our team filled the broken space with rock, applied new concrete, and ensured the space was left clean and dry! Charles was very grateful and impressed with the project and was glad to have his peace of mind back.
No one wants water in their basement, and Don from Buffalo, ND, is no exception. When he called us for a FREE estimate, Don shared that he was experiencing issues with water entering his garage through the stairs.
Our Design Specialist, Kole, traveled to Don's home to determine the best path forward. Following a thorough walk-through and a great discussion with the client, Kole created a proposal addressing water issues.
This plan was implemented by our Foreman Cyrus, and his crew. They started the project by removing the stairs, installing WaterGuard around the perimeter, and tying it to the existing pump. This serves as an underground drain that will collect water seeping into the space. Next, Cyrus and the team added our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the wall in the garage to prevent mold and humidity and serve as a wall protectant.
We are proud to say that Don had a great experience with our team and his peace of mind is restored! Not only do we provide work in basement waterproofing and foundation repair. We also perform services in radon testing/mitigation, crawl space repair/encapsulation, and concrete repair/lifting! Call us today or click HERE to learn more about our free estimates!
