Nicole and Tyler J. of Osseo, WI had water leaking through the walls and floor joists of their basement, making them feel nervous about flooding or snow melting after the winter season. They got in contact with our office staff and scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Charles Haldeman. Charles went to their home, carefully examined their problems, and drew out a solution that would resolve their issues. Nicole and Tyler got all of their questions answered, so they moved forward with the project. 

Our Foreman, Jeromy Anderson, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which is made to prevent mud and water clogs, collect leaking watar from basement walls, and serve as an underground drain. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier around the wall perimeter, which serves as an extra wall protectant, prevents mold and humidity. and gives the room a neat and clean appearance. Lastly, our team installed our SuperSump Plus M53 sump pump, which is made to keep basements clean and dry for long periods of time, and our SaniDry XP Upright Dehumidifier. Our SaniDry Dehumidifier removes up to 109 liters of water per day and dries up to 2,500 square feet in an 8-foot high basement. To complete the installation, our team covered the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete. Nicole and Tyler were happy with the repairs and could not believe the transformation!

This crawlspace had standing water and a lingering odor throughout the basement.  American Waterworks installed Cleanspace liners to keep the moisture out and reduce the relative humidity in the crawlspace.

The drainage system now properly guides water to the sump pump and from there, the sump pump pushes the water through the discharge line and expels it from the home. Toni and Bonnie M. of Cresco, IA had water leaking into the two bedrooms in their basement and they didn't know where it was leaking from. Rick went to their home and figured out that the water was leaking from their basement window. Rick proposed our Egress Window Well, which provides more natural lighting and fresh air while providing a safe emergency egress. Our Foreman, Jose, and his production team began the project by digging out the soil around the existing window, forming a large hole to fit the egress into. These window wells provide rigid construction that doesn't collapse from the backfill or allow water to leak through the well walls. to complete the installation, our team backfilled the soil around the egress, ensuring that their working space was neater than when they found it. Toni and Bonnie were thrilled with the completion and their peace of mind was restored!

Our Foreman and his production team began the project by injecting our PolyLevel underneath the concrete. Our PolyLevel is a special foam that fills the voids underneath the concrete and balances the surface. Next, our team applied our NexusPro over the crack between the home and the driveway, ensuring the driveway looked much neater than when they found it. Kenny was happy with the outcome and had a great experience!
