A homeowner in West Fargo, ND, noticed their basement was suffering from soil settlement. Unsure of the cause, the homeowner knew they needed a professional to provide them with a solution. Uncertain who to work with, the homeowner looked into "concrete raising and leveling near me". One of the first companies to grab their attention was us, American Waterworks. Impressed with our stellar ratings and reviews, the homeowner knew we were the ideal company for their project. Since they were already on our website, the homeowner signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist. A few weeks later, the Design Specialist promptly arrived at the home and began the thorough inspection of the exterior concrete. During the inspection, the Design Specialist confirmed that the sidewalk and driveway were sinking into the ground. To prevent this issue from continuing, the homeowner recommended installing PolyLevel underneath the struggling sidewalk. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner decided to go ahead with the Design Specialist's proposal. Next, the Design Specialist passed the proposal to our Logistics team to build and schedule the plans. Once the plans were given the final stamp of approval, it was assigned to our Foreman, Charlie, and his crew. A few weeks later, Charlie and his crew arrived at the home and started the installation. First, Charlie and his crew began by installing PolyLevel underneath the struggling sidewalk. Once the sidewalk was properly lifted, the crew shifted to filling the cracks with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. Once all the cracks and joints were repaired, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was delighted to know their sidewalk was properly repaired. American Waterworks is happy to provide its homeowners with peace of mind knowing their sidewalk was properly repaired.
