Our Design Specialist, Richie, went to Amy's house, performed a thorough walkthrough of her property, and proposed the solution of our NexusPro, which is specifically made to prevent water moisture from seeping underneath the cracks and to give the concrete a clean, polished finish.

Our Design Specialist, Kole, inspected Elizabeth's concrete and proposed our PolyLevel and NexusPro, both of which are two of our main concrete repair systems. Elizabeth got all of her questions answered, so she moved forward with the process. 

Our Foreman, Sam, and his crew member injected our PolyLevel underneath the concrete to lift and stabilize the surface. After the concrete was leveled, our crew applied our NexusPro over the cracks to seal them and prevent water moisture from seeping underneath. Once the project was finished, Sam gave Elizabeth a final walkthrough, and she was very happy with the work!

Mike, from West Fargo, ND, gave us a call when he began to notice his poured concrete basement wall was beginning to crack and tilt, showing signs of the beginning of wall failure. Mike knew that if he left the issue unresolved it would compromise the structural integrity of the home, and could potentially cost more later down the road. When he called in, he used his FREE estimate, entitling him to a free thorough inspection by one of our Design Specialists, in which they diagnose the issue and make recommendations to fix it. Richie, one of our Fargo-based Design Specialists, headed out to Mike's property shortly after his appointment was set. Once he completed his thorough inspection he recommended that Mike invests in our PowerBrace wall repair system. Richie explained to Mike that this particular system consists of strategically installing several I-beams throughout the space. He went on to say that these beams will stabilize the wall in its current position without any further adjustments, but that the system can be tightened to make bowing or tilting walls straighter or more vertical. Mike agreed with Richie's recommendations and work began shortly after. One of our Fargo Foreman, Cameron, and his crew were able to begin the installations shortly after. The team ended up placing 12 strategically placed PowerBrace beams along the basement wall.

A homeowner in West Fargo, ND had recently discovered his basement was suffering from water damage. He could recognize where the water damage was happening but didn't have enough knowledge as to why it was happening or how to fix it. He decided to contact our American Waterworks team to receive a FREE estimate from one of our experts. We sent over Design Specialist Dylan Johnson to the home to inspect the area and come up with a solution. Dylan discovered that while the homeowner had an existing sump pump, it was not able to keep up with the amount of water that was entering through the foundation. He suggested installing a new SuperSump Plus system, a vital part of any basement water control system, that would be able to consistently pump the water. Our Foreman, Domenic Walz, and his crew arrived at the home for the installation process and began by removing the old sump pump. Next, they replaced it with the SuperSump Plus pump and connected a discharge line from the pump to the outside of the home. They finally added clean gravel and smoothed out concrete surrounding the pump to keep out debris and dirt from entering. Thanks to our American Waterworks crew, this basement is water free once again for the homeowner.

A homeowner in West Fargo, ND was in their basement when they discovered signs of water intrusion along their wall. Unsure where the water was coming from, the homeowner began looking for a professional to provide them with some answers. Hoping to stay local, the homeowner searched for waterproofing companies in Fargo. The homeowner agreed with Kole's recommendations and passed the plans along to our office to be finalized. After they were approved, the plans were sent to our Foreman, Kingsley, and his crew. Next, the crew traveled to the home and started production. First, Kingsley and his crew installed WaterGuard along the struggling wall. Once the WaterGuard was installed, the crew put a feedline in place across the basement floor. Next, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. As soon as all the products were installed, the crew cleaned their materials and put the basement back together. The homeowner was thankful for the excellent work completed by the crew.
