A homeowner in Strawberry Point, IA, was concerned after discovering water damage throughout their basement walls. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of Ryan, one of our Design Specialists. Ryan arrived at the home and began his detailed inspection of the basement. During his investigation, Ryan determined the basement needed to be professional waterproofing. Ryan proposed his plan to the homeowner and they agreed with his recommendations. After they were approved, the plans were passed along to our office to be approved. As soon as the office approved and built the project, they were sent to our Foreman, Kingsley, and his crew. Kingsley and his crew traveled to the home and started the project by installing WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted their focus to installing the SuperSump+ in the corner of the basement. Next, the crew attached CleanSpace to the basement walls. Finally, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew. Larry and Beth of Warrens, WI had an annual maintenance performed by our Service Technician, Darin. Darin noticed that water was seeping through Larry and Beth's foundation walls. He proposed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier, which is a vapor retarder that prevents water from seeping in and saves money on energy costs. Larry and Beth felt confident that this product would solve their problem, so they scheduled a date for the installation.

A homeowner in Warrens, WI, was growing more and more displeased with sinking concrete leading to his outdoor patio. Not wanting the issue to get worse, the homeowner decided to begin searching for a company that could help with the issue. When he came across our website, he decided to sign up for his FREE estimate, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Romeo V, headed out to the home. 

Once Romeo finished his walkthrough, he met with the homeowner to give his diagnosis. He informed the homeowner that we could address the sinking concrete with our PolyLevel method. He explained that PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when injected beneath sinking slabs, filling voids left by soil erosion and slowly lifting the concrete back to its desired location. He went on to say that our lifting process is completed with the installation of our NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant that gets applied to the joints and cracks in the concrete. It works to keep any unwanted elements from permeating the concrete. The homeowner agreed and work was scheduled for a few weeks later.

On the day of the project, our Foreman, Ryan, and his team were able to successfully lift the concrete, effectively eliminating the tip hazards.

Michelle and Alexander H. of Monona, IA had cracked foundation walls in their garage, so they called American Waterworks to set up a FREE Estimate. Our Design Specialist, Brian Ramirez, went to their home to look at the issue and come up with a solution. After a thorough inspection, Michelle and Alexander were comfortable with Brian's offer, so they went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Hugo Sanchez, and his production crew began the installation by digging four holes outside of the garage wall, and installed our GeoLock Wall Anchor System. Our GeoLock Wall Anchors are made to help stabilize foundation walls and straighten them out overtime. Hugo and his crew replaced the outside soil and backhilled the holes. Michelle and Alexander were pleased with the completion, and were grateful we could help them at their time of need! 

Nathan S. of Monona, IA had water leaking into his basement and his basement ceiling was sagging. To save the life of his home, he called American Waterworks to schedule a FREE Estimate. Our Design Specialist, Rick Weber, went to his home to inspect the problem and come up with a solution. After an in-depth diagnosis, Nathan scheduled an installation date. 

Our Foreman, Kiko Pena, and his production team began the installation by installing four of our SmartJacks down the center of the basement to raise the sagging ceiling. Next, our crew broke out the concrete around the perimeter of the basement floor to form a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, made to collect water seepage from the walls. Lastly, Kiko and his team applied our CleanSpace Wall System, made to keep mold and humidity away from the basement. To complete the project, our team filled the open gaps with rock and replaced the pre-existing concrete. Nathan was amazed with the work, and was thankful we were able to safe the life and stability of his home!
