PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected beneath sinking concrete slabs. It works to fill voids left by soil erosion, slowly lifting the sunken slabs back into place. He explained that NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant that gets applied directly to all cracks and joints in the concrete. It works to prevent moisture from getting beneath the slab, potentially compromising the lift. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted their focus to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe sump pump. Finally, the crew attached four PowerBraces along the north basement wall. Finally, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. As the foam expands and fills the voids in the soil, it causes the slabs to lift. Once the slab has been lifted to the desired level, the crew would then seal the holes with cement.
