A Saint Paul, MN, homeowner was growing frustrated over her front walkway. Over the years, it had begun sinking, slowly pulling away from the connected concrete stairs. The sinking had created a huge trip hazard and eyesore that the homeowner wanted dealt with. She began looking for MN concrete repair companies and eventually found our website. After signing up for his FREE estimate, our Design Specialist, Canon T, headed out to his home.
Once Canon completed his inspection, he met with the homeowner to let her know that we could address the issue with the help of our PolyLevel method. PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected beneath sinking concrete slabs. It works to fill voids left by soil erosion, slowly lifting the sunken slabs back into place. Canon informed the homeowner that once the lift had been completed, our team would install our NexusPro. He explained that NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant that gets applied directly to all cracks and joints in the concrete. It works to prevent moisture from getting beneath the slab, potentially compromising the lift. The homeowner liked the sound of Canon's recommendations, and the job was scheduled to be completed sometime later.
On the day of the project, our Foreman, Pat B, and his team completed the lift and seal with no issues. Now, our customer can enjoy her front yard without having to look at her separating concrete!

A Redby, MN, had been keeping an eye on his basement wall for a few years now. A while back, he noticed that his basement walls were showing signs of cracking in multiple areas. He signed up for his FREE estimate, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Ian S, headed out to the home.
Once Ian concluded his comprehensive inspection, he met with the homeowner to discuss the next steps. Ian informed the homeowner that we could help fix the issue with our PowerBrace wall repair system. Ian explained that The PowerBrace™ is a patented foundation wall repair system designed to stabilize failing basement walls and provide the potential to straighten walls over time. These steel I-beams will stabilize the wall in its current position without further adjustment. Over time, the PowerBrace™ System can be tightened to make bowing or tilting walls straighter and more vertical. The homeowner liked the idea of having a system that could be adjusted as the house continued to settle, so he decided to schedule his installation for several weeks later.
On the day of the project, our Foreman, Aaron R, and his team installed 7 of our PowerBrace's throughout the basement of the home. Now, our homeowner can breathe a bit easier knowing the foundation of his home is adequately protected.

A homeowner in Holmen, WI, was facing concrete issues as their concrete slabs had begun sinking in their walkway and driveway. Knowing the problem would only continue to worsen, the homeowner began looking into concrete lifting contractors in the area and found us. In less than a week, our Design Specialist, Will R., arrived at the home for the concrete inspection. Will took a look at the walkway and driveway and explained to the homeowner that soil compaction could be the reason that her concrete slabs have begun sinking. That is why he recommended PolyLevel, our expanding polyurethane formula that effectively lifts sunken slabs. The homeowner happily agreed to Will's recommendation and scheduled the installation date.
In about a month, our Foreman, Sam K., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. PolyLevel is installed by drilling small holes into slabs and injecting PolyLevel beneath them. As the foam expands and fills the voids in the soil, it causes the slabs to lift. Once the slab has been lifted to the desired level, the crew would then seal the holes with cement. After they're done with the installation, the crew cleaned up their equipment and left the home.
