Our Design Specialist went to their home for a FREE estimate, inspected the space they were working with, and determined a price. After a clear inspection and estimate, the homeowners decided to move forward with the project. 

Our Foreman and his crew installed our WaterGuard Below Floor Drain, which serves as an underground drain that prevents mud clogs and catches water leakage from basement walls. Once the product was installed, our team filled the open gaps with river rock to prevent dirt from invading the WaterGuard and applied a new layer of concrete over them.

A homeowner in Strawberry Point, IA, was concerned after discovering water damage throughout their basement walls. Knowing they could not solve the issue themselves, the homeowner began looking into professional waterproofing companies that could solve their problems. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of Ryan, one of our Design Specialists. Ryan arrived at the home and began his detailed inspection of the basement. During his investigation, Ryan determined the basement needed to be professional waterproofing. Ryan proposed his plan to the homeowner and they agreed with his recommendations. After they were approved, the plans were passed along to our office to be approved. As soon as the office approved and built the project, they were sent to our Foreman, Kingsley, and his crew. Kingsley and his crew traveled to the home and started the project by installing WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted their focus to installing the SuperSump+ in the corner of the basement. Next, the crew attached CleanSpace to the basement walls. Finally, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew. Larry and Beth of Warrens, WI had an annual maintenance performed by our Service Technician, Darin. Darin noticed that water was seeping through Larry and Beth's foundation walls. He proposed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier, which is a vapor retarder that prevents water from seeping in and saves money on energy costs. Larry and Beth felt confident that this product would solve their problem, so they scheduled a date for the installation.

A homeowner in Warrens, WI, was growing more and more displeased with sinking concrete leading to his outdoor patio. Not wanting the issue to get worse, the homeowner decided to begin searching for a company that could help with the issue. When he came across our website, he decided to sign up for his FREE estimate, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Romeo V, headed out to the home. 

Once Romeo finished his walkthrough, he met with the homeowner to give his diagnosis. He informed the homeowner that we could address the sinking concrete with our PolyLevel method. He explained that PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when injected beneath sinking slabs, filling voids left by soil erosion and slowly lifting the concrete back to its desired location. He went on to say that our lifting process is completed with the installation of our NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant that gets applied to the joints and cracks in the concrete. It works to keep any unwanted elements from permeating the concrete. The homeowner agreed and work was scheduled for a few weeks later.

On the day of the project, our Foreman, Ryan, and his team were able to successfully lift the concrete, effectively eliminating the tip hazards.

Michelle and Alexander H. of Monona, IA had cracked foundation walls in their garage, so they called American Waterworks to set up a FREE Estimate. Our Design Specialist, Brian Ramirez, went to their home to look at the issue and come up with a solution. After a thorough inspection, Michelle and Alexander were comfortable with Brian's offer, so they went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Hugo Sanchez, and his production crew began the installation by digging four holes outside of the garage wall, and installed our GeoLock Wall Anchor System. Our GeoLock Wall Anchors are made to help stabilize foundation walls and straighten them out overtime. Hugo and his crew replaced the outside soil and backhilled the holes. Michelle and Alexander were pleased with the completion, and were grateful we could help them at their time of need!
