Our Design Specialist, Chad Johnson, went to her home for a FREE Estimate to inspect her problems and come up with a solution that fit her needs. Kristina was comfortable with Chad's inspection and proposal, so she scheduled an installation date. 

Our Foreman, Patrick Burnes, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed 160 feet of our WaterGuard System. Our WaterGuard is specifically designed to prevent water clogs, serve as an underground drain, and collect water seepage from basement walls. To finish the project, Patrick and his crew covered the open gaps with rock and applied new concrete. Kristina was happy with the project and had a great experience from start to finish!

A homeowner in Devils Lake, ND, noticed an odd sound coming from their basement. Worried about the cause, the homeowner decided to take a closer look. After some investigating, the homeowner found that the sounds were coming from their sump pump. Knowing this was their best option, the homeowner agreed and the plans were sent back to our Logistics team to build the project. The final plans were sent to our Foreman, Kingsley, and his crew to start the project. When they arrived, Kingsley and his crew began by installing WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Next, the crew took out the old sump pump and replaced it with the TripleSafe Sump Pump. Then, the crew installed Foamax on the basement walls. The crew shifted their focus outside and installed the IceGuard on the outside discharge line. Finally, the crew installed the Aprilaire in the basement. After all the products were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was in awe of the excellent work completed by the crew. American Waterworks is glad to replace irregularly running sump pumps with the correct systems.
