A homeowner in Rogers, ND, became aware of several issues that began to arise in their basement and foundation. Knowing they had a massive job on their hands, the homeowner searched for a company that could handle it all. After seeing the extensive work we do, the homeowners felt American Waterworks was the best choice for them. The homeowners signed up for their FREE estimate and we sent our Design Specialist, Richie, to perform an extensive inspection of the entire basement and surrounding foundation. After completing his inspection, Richie determined the home needed many repairs. Richie explained that the home foundations needed to be stabilized, the concrete patio lifted and leveled, the basement waterproofed, and new basement windows installed. Although the list of repairs was overwhelming, the homeowners decided to go forward with Richie's recommendations.
Before the crew's arrival, they were asked to remove all personal items and the front deck and move their HVAC unit. First, the crew lifted and leveled the concrete with the Polylevel. The crew started by permanently stabilizing the foundation and its walls with 13 Geo-Lock Anchors and 39 Push Piers. Next, the crew removed the old basement windows and replaced them with three Rockwell Egress Windows. Moving along, the crew waterproofed the basement by installing the WaterGuard, a feed line, and the SuperSump Plus. After completing all the installations, the crew cleaned up the job site and went on their way. The homeowners were pleased to save their family home and that it is safe for years to come.

Once they saw we offer FREE estimates, the homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their appointment. The details were finalized and one of our Design Specialists, Kole, was sent to perform the inspection. Kole arrived at the home and the homeowner directed him to the problem area. After Kole took a closer look, he noticed the water was coming from the corner of the basement. Kole told the homeowner where the water was coming from and suggested the corner be fully waterproofed. After some deliberation, the homeowner agreed with Kole's suggestion, and production preparations began. The plans were sent to the office and then to our Foreman, Franklin, and his crew. Franklin and his crew drove to the home to begin the waterproofing project. Once they arrived, they started by digging and placing the WaterGuard, our below-floor drain system. Once the WaterGuard was secured into place, the crew installed CleanSpace on the basement walls. Next, the crew dug and installed the new SuperSump+. The crew completed the installation and then cleaned up their materials. The homeowner was relieved to know their basement was properly waterproofed.
