Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Once the appointment was set, our Design Specialist, Ian, headed out to the property to see what could be done. Once he finished his walkthrough, he was able to recommend our AprilAire dehumidifier to address the moisture. Franklin and his crew drove to the home to begin the waterproofing project. Once they arrived, they started by digging and placing the WaterGuard, our below-floor drain system. Once the WaterGuard was secured into place, the crew installed CleanSpace on the basement walls. Next, the crew dug and installed the new SuperSump+. The crew completed the installation and then cleaned up their materials. The homeowner was relieved to know their basement was properly waterproofed. A homeowner in Fairmont, MN, was distressed when they discovered water in their basement. Then, the crew removed the old sump pump and replaced it with the SuperSump+. On the outside of the home, an IceGuard was attached to the outside discharge line. Finally, the crew installed CleanSpace on all the basement walls. The crew cleaned up any excess water and materials. In a couple of months, our Foreman, Franklin O., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. They installed 78ft of WaterGuard and CleanSpace. Then, they installed 2 IceGuards as well as the TripleSafe and Dehumidifier. Once they were done, they cleaned up their equipment and left the home.
