She called our office line and scheduled a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist, Dustin. Dustin went to her home, carefully inspected her problems, and drew up a solution that worked for her needs and budget. Heather got all of her questions answered and was confident in Dustin's proposal, so he went ahead with the project and scheduled a date for the installation. 

Our Foreman, Raul, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Drainage System, which is made to prevent water and mud clogs, collect all water seepage from basement walls, and serve as an underground drain in coordination with the sump pump. Next, Raul and his team installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the basement wall perimeter, which is made to prevent mold and mildew and gives the basement a clean and neat appearance. To complete the project, our team covered the open floor gaps with pea gravel and applied new gravel over them. Heather was happy with the work that was completed and had a great experience!
