Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

A homeowner from Lake City, MN, had noticed her basement walls were leaking after heavy rain in the area. Upon his arrival, Darin got right to work assessing the space. Once he finished, he was ready to meet with the homeowner to deliver recommendations. Darin wanted a comprehensive system for this basement to ensure that unwanted water was a thing of the past. First, he recommended the installation of our CleanSpace vapor barrier. CleanSpace is a 100% waterproof tarp-like material that gets installed directly onto unfinished basement walls, acting to catch water entering through small cracks and holes in the foundation, directing it downward and into our WaterGuard system. This unique French drain gets installed below the basement floor but atop the footing of the foundation, keeping it out of the 'mud zone' where similar drains tend to clog. This drain works to trap water entering from the CleanSpace, as well as any water coming up through holes in the floor, giving it a channel to flow freely to the appropriate disposal site.
