Darlene D. in Spring Valley, WI had water seeping into her basement and her old sump pump was not able to keep up. She started looking for a waterproofing company and she came across American Waterworks in the phone book. She saw that we offer free estimates, so she gave us a call. We sent one of our Design Specialists, Chad Johnson, to her home to inspect her basement and provide her with a solution. Darlene was pleased with the proposal that Chad developed, so she scheduled a date for the installation.
Our production team installed WaterGuard along the north perimeter of her basement and a feed line that leads under the concrete, to the TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe sump pump is our most reliable sump pump. Water seeping into the basement is now guided through the WaterGuard and feed line, to the sump pump. From there, the water is pumped through the discharge line and expelled from the home. Our waterproofing system is protected by a lifetime warranty, so Darlene can rest easy knowing that her basement will remain dry!

Our Foreman, Tremaine, and his team installed our WaterGuard, which prevents mud clogs, guides water to the sump pump, and collects water seepage from basement walls. Next, our crew installed our CleanSpace which is a protective wall blanket that prevents water from coming in through the walls and saves money on energy costs. Lastly, our crew applied spray foam to the floor joists, which helps keep warm air in and cold air out. The homeowner was thrilled with the work and could not believe the transformation!
