Heather A. of Kiester, MN had water seeping from her floor joists, making her worry about her home conditions, especially during harsh weather conditions. She called our office and scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Jared Bruns. Jared went to her home, carefully inspected her water problem, and came up with a solution that fit her needs and budget. She was confident with Jared's solution of our WaterGuard Drainage System, so she went ahead with the project.
Our Foreman, Kiko Pena, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which is made to prevent water clogs, serve as an underground drain, and collect water seepage from basement walls. Homeowners appreciate how quickly this system is installed because it is done with minimal removal of the slab and all of the removed concrete is restored during the installation. So, just like that, Kiko and his team covered the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete.

A homeowner in North Mankato, MN, noticed their basement walls were leaking water. Worried about the long-term damage this could cause, the homeowner began looking into a "leaking wall basement repair". While looking through all the options, the homeowner came across us, American Waterworks. Impressed with our stellar ratings and reviews, the homeowner knew we were the perfect company for their project. Since they were already on our website, the homeonwer decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. We sent one of our Design Specialists, Lance, to the home to take a closer look. During the estimate, Lance found several areas suffering from water intrusion. Lance recommended installing an interior French drain system, WaterGuard, along the basement floor. Knowing this was their best option, the homeowner decided to go ahead with his proposal. The project was scheduled, then our Foreman, Luis, and his crew traveled to the home to begin. Luis and his crew installed the WaterGuard system along the southwest corner of the basement. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew installed a feedline from the sump pump to the northwest corner of the room. After all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. American Waterworks is happy to assist its homeowners in repairing their damaged basements.
A Mankato, MN, homeowner was growing frustrated over his back utility room. Each time the area got rain, the homeowner was faced with pooling water near the baseboard of the room. Not wanting the issue to continue, potentially damaging appliances, the homeowner decided to search for MN waterproofing companies. When he found our website, he decided to sign up for his FREE estimate, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Dylan W, headed out to the home to see what could be done.
Once Dylan completed his inspection, he was ready to make his recommendations to the homeowner. Dylan explained that because the water seemed to be entering through cracks and holes near the floor, he was recommending our WaterGuard. He explained that WaterGuard is a French drain designed to be installed below the floor slab, resting on top of the foundation footing. This keeps this drainage system out of the "mud zone", where drains can clog. He went on to say that Installation involves removing a section of floor around the perimeter and creating a drainage trench. Sections of WaterGuard® are then placed within the trench, resting on a bed of drainage stone, and the floor is restored. Dylan finished by saying that the WaterGuard would be attached to the homeowner's existing sump pump. The homeowner liked the sound of the plan and scheduled the job for a few weeks later.
On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Juan B, and his team ended up installing 20ft of WaterGuard throughout the space. Now, our customer can rest easy knowing his appliances are safe from water intrusion!

A homeowner from Mankato, MN, was growing increasingly frustrated with her outdated sump pump. Each time it rained, the sump pump had trouble keeping up with the amount of water entering the home, which led to water overflowing the sump, leaving excess water to stand on the basement floor. The homeowner was concerned about what this could mean for her basement, so she began to look for interior waterproofing MN. When she found our website, she signed up for her FREE estimate, and a few weeks later, Nate B, one of our Design Specialists, headed out to the home to see what could be done.
Once Nate concluded his inspection of the basement, he recommended that the homeowner upgrade her old sump pump. Nate wanted to specifically use our SuperSump sump pump. Nate explained that the SuperSump is an effective and more economical solution to keep the basement dry. It's engineered to help keep the basement dry and healthy for extended periods of time, even in times of heavy water intrusion. The SuperSump® includes a powerful Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower cast-iron sump pump, capable of pumping 2,220 gallons of water per hour at an 8-foot head out of your basement. The homeowner was thrilled that Nate had provided a fix for her basement and scheduled the installation for several weeks later.
On the day of the project, our Foreman, Arturo, and his team were able to place the SuperSump without any issues. Now our customer can breathe a bit easier knowing that her sump pump was now equipped to handle large influxes of water.
