Next, Dustin passed the proposal on to our Logistics team to build and schedule the project. Once the project details were finalized, it was scheduled with our Foreman, Lane, and his crew to begin. The following month, Lane and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Lane and his crew started by installing WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, Lane and his crew shifted their focus to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe sump pump. Finally, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. Once all the products were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. One of the key ingredients in this project was the CleanSpace® vapor barrier, a super-durable, 20mil plastic sheet material designed to permanently prevent moisture, outside air and pests from getting in through their foundation. Our foreman, Jose Castillo, and his production crew began the installation by digging the wall pavement out in three spots. They measured all of the edges and sides to make sure that our EverLast Basement Windows would fit properly. Then, they trimmed off any leftover rigid edges to make the finishing touch nice and smooth. Kathy W. of River Falls, WI had water leaking from her windows into her basement, and she wanted to get it fixed up before she began the moving stage. Our Foreman, Juan Pena, and his production team began the process by cutting out the pre-existing window and replacing it with our EverLast Basement Window. These special windows are energy-efficient, vinyl-framed, and double-paneled and are made to replace outdated wood-framed windows. Next, our crew broke out the concrete floor perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which is made to prevent water clogs, serve as an underground drain, and collect water seepage from basement walls. Lastly, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier around the wall perimeter, which is made to prevent mold or humidity build-up and cover any holes or divots in the wall. To complete the project, Juan and his crew covered the open gaps with rock, flattened them out, and replaced the concrete. Kathy was and still is a satisfied customer!

The reason behind this was because the exterior wall was capturing moisture and causing water condensation problems. Next, our team broke out the concrete floor perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which is made to collect water seepage from basement walls and serve as an underground drainage system.
