Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Jamie and Mary D. of Northfield, MN had water leaking into their basement, making them feel nervous about living in their home. Jared went to her home, carefully examined the basement, and came up with a solution and design that they could understand. Jamie and Mary were both very comfortable with the proposal, so they went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Dylon VanCanneyt, and his production team began the project by cutting out the concrete floor perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a trench. In the trench, our crew installed our WaterGuard System which is made to prevent water clogs, serve as an underground drain, and collect water leakage from basement walls. Next, our crew installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier around the basement wall perimeter, which is made to prevent mold and humidity, cover any holes or divots, and serve as an extra wall protectant. Lastly, our team installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which provides three layers of protection and solves all three water problems in one system. To complete the project, Dylon and his crew covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Jamie was very happy with the project and had a remarkable experience from beginning to end!
