He scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Dylan Woitas. Dylan went to his home, carefully inspected his basement leaks, and came up with a solution that fit Brad's needs. Brad was confident in Dylan's proposal, so he scheduled a date for the installation.
Our Foreman, Juan Pena, and his production crew began the project by jackhammering out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. Inside the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Below-Floor Drain, which prevents water and mud clogs, collects water seepage from basement walls, and has easily accessible service ports for check-ups. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the basement wall perimeter. Our CleanSpace prevents mold and humidity, saves money on energy costs, and covers any uneven surfaces. To complete the installation, our team filled the open faps with river rock and applied new concrete over them, ensuring the basement looked clean and tidy.
