Our Foreman, Corey Tollefson, and his production team began the installation by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a waterway trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which is designed to prevent water clogs, serve as an underground drain, and collect water seepage from basement walls. Our Foreman, Cameron, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete in the corner of the basement and installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which is made up of three layers of water protection and solves all three water problems in one unit. Next, our team installed our Foamax Wall Panels around the basement wall perimeter, which is a special foam insulation that saves money on energy costs and gives the basement a neat, clean appearance. To complete the project, our team filled the open-floor gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over them. James was happy with the work that was completed!

A homeowner from Faribault, MN, was experiencing water intrusion. After each rain, he was left with standing water by the baseboard of his basement walls. Not wanting the issue to worsen, he found a MN basement waterproofing company. Once Darin concluded his walkthrough, he met with the homeowner to give his recommendations. Darin explained that because the water was entering the home through the walls and the floor, he was recommending three of our products. First, Darin wanted to install our CleanSpace vapor barrier. CleanSpace is a 100% waterproof tarp-like material that gets applied directly to unfinished walls.
