I wanted to pass along my high regards for Alex Whitney, Service Technician. Alex provided my first annual inspection. Alex was prompt, cheerful, and very patient with my many questions. He reviewed/inspected all the work done. Alex gave me an excellent primer on my sump system and improved the drainage gradient. I hope you are as pleased with Alex's dedication and skills as what I witnessed. 

We had 4 inches of rain and no water in our basement after our waterproofing system was installed! The office staff was great. The system design specialists, Rick Weber, was excellent, and the crew was great! They worked hard non-stop. 

We saw American Waterworks truck at our neighbor's house, which led us to research the company. The customer care staff were very nice to deal with and very quick to respond. My Design Specialist, Michel, was very good to deal with and excellent in addressing my questions. He was an excellent communicator! And the design seemed great.  The crew that came out to my home was fantastic! They were so nice to deal with and they were even kind to my dog! Overall, the whole process was great. Hopefully this will help our basement to be dry. We look forward to the spring when they'll dig the line for the sump pump outlet. Thank you!

Hugo and his staff were exceptional! We couldn't have been happier with their work and clean up. The three men worked harder than any other servicemen we have ever had come to our house. They were beyond excellent! Please thank them for us! 

My Design Specialist, Mac, was very thorough in his presentation and gave good answers to me about the scope of the project. Jeromy and his installation crew used floor covers and plastic curtains to mitigate the clean-up. They were considerate and effective.  At our first meeting with Jeromy and workers, they extended cordiality and determination to do their best work. They performed as promised! I was at high-level stress because of a mishap with a city sewer line. Thank you for understanding my anxiety! 

Impressive office staff. I've had Ben as the Service Technician a couple times, and he is always very pleasant and very efficient. I'm so thankful for this working waterproofing system, especially when it rains non-stop like it has!! 

You guys took care of our basement last year, and we noticed our pumps were running last night after all of the rain, and no water came in! We used to have to wake up during heavy rain to vacuum up water. But now we are planning on getting a cozy carpet in the basement! Your customer service is also fantastic! The person who took our call was prompt and most helpful regarding our appointment dates and times. Ben is a keeper! He has serviced our sump pump and back-up for at least four years now. He always goes the distance for us. He also takes his time to explain all the tests and checks. From sump pump installation to re-checks, to our cement-lifting, we are always pleased and grateful with American Waterworks. They help provide peace of mind from a lot of water worry! 

I wanted to finish my basement and eliminate the remaining 10% of water issues. I found the American Waterworks website and looked at all three minute videos which was informative. I contacted them by phone and a packet with their services listed arrived shortly after with more information. I had a company representative come to the house and take measurements and inspect the basement for what they had to do. Very professional and represented the company well. The price was lower than what I had estimated and received discount for the preferred payment option. The three-man crew arrived right on time, worked hard, only taking a break for lunch that we gave them. The entire job was done in about 8 hours. I was very pleased and impressed. This was is December of 2016. They advised that since the ground was frozen, they'd have to come back in the spring to finish the outside underground portion. In May of 2017, a representative contacted me to arrange a date. A different crew arrived on time and finished in about 2 hours. Very professional. 

The office staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The crew was very courteous and easy going. They did a great job. We have been very happy with American Waterworks, their products and service. We have recommended your company to many of our friends and neighbors. Thank you for all you do! 

We are SO impressed with our basement in Lanesboro!!!!!!  It went from a gross swamp to livable space. We never thought it would be this improved. Even halfway would have been worth the money, but now we have doubled our usable space! Thank you so much for saving the basement in our Victorian! The extensive renovation upstairs is definitely worth it now!

The pricing for our waterproofing and radon mitigation project was competitive. The Foreman, Raul, and his crew were absolutely excellent! I just wanted to let you know how pleased we were with the four men you sent out to do the work of fixing our water leak in the basement. They were such hard workers and never even sat down for a break to eat. They were very polite to us and knocked on our door each time they had a question. They cleaned up any messes and used appropriate language when talking and that meant a lot. They worked steady until they finished everything in one day and they were able to save a trip to come back here. It was so nice to see people working so hard and caring about doing things right. Please tell them we were very pleased with their work.
