Tim was professional and knowledgeable with the home inspection. He was able to explain exactly what we needed, give us some options and find us the best price for our budget. The crew was efficient, professional and respectful. They really did a good job. 

Jen is quite helpful with questions and concerns.  She finds answer immediately.  Chad, the gentleman who gave me the estimate, explained everything the workers would do in detail.  He was professional and courteous and very brave.  The spiderwebs didn't bother him at all.  The production crew were not only courteous, but caring, professional and happy.  They would laugh and sing and joke while doing their job.  It was a pleasure to hear such jovial workers!!  An amazing crew!!! The attitude of your people is outstanding and they weren't happy and satisfied unless I was happy and satisfied.  

I was made aware of American Waterworks after I saw an advertisement on TV. Then, I went to a Home Show in Eau Claire and talked with the design specialist there. I also spoke with a few other people who have used American Waterworks in the past. The office staff was very nice and helpful. The design specialist, Chad, was wonderful. He answered all of our questions and got back to us when we called him. He knows his stuff and is very direct and honest. The installation process was good and quick! The crew was very polite, cleaned up after themselves, and were good, hard workers!! I would recommend American Waterworks to others, and am overall very pleased with our waterproofing project so far! 

Hugo and his crew were excellent.  They worked hard and went the extra mile to satisfy us.  They were very respectful, very courteous and very very nice people. 

The call representatives at American Waterworks were wonderful to work with, and the service technician (Kyle) was very cordial and pleasant. He definitely seemed knowledgeable about my basement system and brought a humidity problem to my attention - which we fixed with the install of the SaniDry. American Waterworks is one of the best companies I have worked with! Kyle was excellent! 

I want to commend the team that worked with us. Josh, the consultant, who came out to give us an estimate was great. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. He was also very prompt in returning emails and messages. The team that came out to our house to place the system was awesome as well! Jose, the Foreman, and the two other gentlemen, Eddie and Luis, were on time and very professional. They answered all of our questions and updated me along the way on everything they were doing. They went above and beyond and finished the job in one day versus two. American Waterworks should be very happy to have such hardworking employees. Thanks for a job well done! 

I love my dry basement!! The office staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had an awesome experience with the design specialist and the installation crew. The foreman shook my hand and introduced himself and the rest of the crew members. They were all very efficient and courteous, and the cleanup was great. We have only good things to say about the products and all of the staff at American Waterworks! Thank you! 

Tom was good and very informative.  When I had problems they were very prompt at coming to fix things.  

Very courteous staff. Was notified before our appointment to touch base, and employee was on time. Very smooth service and they got our pump serviced and ready to go!    

We checked out other products, but what American Waterworks provides is the best! We called the provided references and sought out advice from previous customers. The office staff was great to work with and went over everything we should expect during the job. The Design Specialist came into our home and was very friendly and answered all of our concerns. Tremaine and the rest of the installation crew did a great job. They did a walk through with us before and after the project and made sure the things we had to leave in the basement were covered up to keep out dust. They didn't leave behind a mess! Thank you! 

We had a great experience with American Waterworks! From the first phone call to the end, everyone was very professional, polite and always kept us in the loop. Kiko, Diego, and Fernando worked tirelessly to install the system all week in incredible heat. They are very focused on attention to detail and making sure everything was done meticulously. They made sure everything was explained thoroughly and all questions were answered. They had everything cleaned up and nothing out of place when they were finished. I had some moisture under my carpet and I called to make an appointment to have someone come and check my tile system. The staff was very nice and got an appointment set up fairly quickly. Travis came and looked everything over. The system was functioning as it should. There were some minor issues with water seepage. Travis was very helpful and answered every single question I asked, which was quite a few. The next day, he was back and installed the Sani-Dry system. Travis was very efficient and explained everything as he did the install and answered even more questions that I had. He cleaned up with little mess he did make before he left. I would recommend American Waterworks to anyone who has water damage or is thinking of getting a system installed. Thank you, Travis!
