A homeowner in Nora Springs, IA, was enjoying an evening on their patio when they noticed their slabs were significantly uneven. Concerned someone could be seriously injured, the homeowner knew they needed to find a permanent solution. The homeowner went to Google and looked into "concrete patio repair near Nora Springs, IA" and at the top of the recommendations was us, American Waterworks. Once they saw our high ratings and reviews, the homeowners knew we were their best choice. Next, they signed up for their FREE estimate and waited for our Design Specialist, Romeo, to arrive. Once Romeo arrived home, he thoroughly investigated the patio and surrounding concrete. Romeo discovered the concrete was suffering from settlement and needed to be lifted. Next, Romeo proposed his plan to the homeowner and how it would benefit them. The homeowner agreed with Romeo's proposal and they were sent to our office to be finalized. Once they were approved, they were directed to our Foreman, Jordan, and his crew. After Jordan and his crew received the plans, they made their way to the home and started the project. First, the crew used PolyLevel to lift the patio back to its original state. Once the patio was lifted and leveled, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was relieved to know their patio was lifted back to its original state. American Waterworks is happy to raise its customer's concrete back to its original state.

The entire process only took 3 hours, and now Marilyn and her husband are able to enjoy level concrete for years to come. They are thrilled with the outcome and happy with how quick and non-invasive the project was. We are happy we were able to restore their peace of mind!
