A homeowner in Elysian, MN, had grown concerned when they noticed the concrete around their home had begun sinking. Knowing the possible safety risk, the homeowner began searching for concrete lifters in the area and found us. After browsing our website and becoming impressed by our before-and-after photos, the homeowner contacted us to schedule their FREE estimate. 

In less than a week, one of our Design Specialists arrived at the home for the inspection. During the inspection, our Design Specialist noticed signs of soil washout and explained to the homeowner that it is the process by which water moves through the ground and washes away the soil. Over time, this causes gaps in the soil, and the slab would begin to sink. A homeowner from Cakato, MN, had noticed a large crack forming in her front concrete walkway. She was worried about what could happen if she left the issue unresolved, so she began to look for companies offering concrete repair in MN. On the recommendation of one of our employees, she signed up for her FREE estimate, and several weeks later, Eric H, headed out to the home. 

Eric evaluated the concrete, and when he finished, he informed the homeowner that we could solve the sinking issue with our PolyLevel injection. PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when its injected beneath sinking concrete slabs. Darrel W. in Dougherty, WI was tired of dealing with uneven concrete slabs on his front walkway. While he was at a local home show, he visited the American Waterworks booth because he saw that we are capable of raising and leveling concrete.

He spoke to our Design Specialist, Don Mancilman, about his situation. Don went to Darrel's home a few days later to inspect his walkway and provide him with a FREE estimate. Lastly, he sealed the cracks in the concrete with our Nexus Pro sealant. The entire process took about 2 hours and Darrel was pleased with how non-invasive the installation was.
