The front step had sunk significantly, causing a trip hazard as visitors were trying to enter the home.
A homeowner in Rockwell, IA, noticed there was a large gap growing between their driveway and garage. Not wanting the gap to continue growing, the homeowner began looking into repair options near them. After hearing wonderful things about American Waterworks, the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner awaited the arrival of Brady, one of our Design Specialists. Brady arrived at the home and started his detailed inspection of the concrete. Following his inspection, Brady confirmed the joints of the driveway needed to be replaced and the crack needed to be repaired. The homeowner agreed with Brady's suggestions, so the plans were directed to our Foreman, Sam, and his crew. Sam and his crew traveled to Rockwell and started the project. First, the crew began by taking out all the old joints and replacing them with the NexusPro Joint Sealant. After all the joints were taken out and replaced, Sam and his crew filled the cracks with the NexusPro Crack Repair. After the cracks were filled and repaired, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the yard as good as new. The homeowner was impressed with the excellent work completed by the crew and left a lovely review. American Waterworks is happy to assist their homeowners in repairing damaged concrete.
An Oronoco, MN, business owner was dealing with a piece of uneven concrete in front of his business. The uneven concrete was bad enough to warrant warning tap, as others had already taken a tumble. The business owner wanted the issue to be taken care of, so he decided to search for MN concrete repair companies. When he found our website, he signed up for his FREE estimate, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Romeo V, headed out to the property.
Romeo completed his inspection and informed the business owner that we could fix the sinking concrete using our PolyLevel. Romeo explained that PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected beneath sunken concrete. It works to fill voids left by soil erosion, slowly lifting the concrete back into place. Once the lift has been completed, our team applies our NexusPro. NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant that gets applied directly to all cracks and joints in the concrete. It works to keep water from getting to the vulnerable soil below. The homeowner liked the sound of Romeo's plan and scheduled the job for several weeks later.
On the day of the install, our Foreman, Jordan, and his team were able to complete the lift and seal with no issues. Now our customer can proudly open the doors of his business, knowing his front walkway trip hazard has been properly fixed.
