Uneven Walkway Leveled in Mason City, IA

NexusPro and PolyLevel Installed in Brownsdale, MN

A homeowner in Brownsdale, MN, was concerned when they discovered water filling near their outside foundation. Front Concrete Walkway Gets Lifted in Hayfield, MN

A homeowner from Hayfield, MN, was getting tired of constantly tripping on a piece of sunken concrete in front of his home. He decided to begin his search for a company that could help fix the situation. Through his searches, he found the American Waterworks website. Once Aidan completed his inspection, he met with the homeowner to give his recommendations. Aidan explained that American Waterworks could address the sinking concrete with help from our PolyLevel method. PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected beneath concrete slabs, filling voids left by soil erosion and slowly lifting the slab back to its original place. He went on to say that we finished our concrete lifts by installing our NexusPro. A silicone-based sealant, NexusPro gets applied to cracks and joints in the concrete, preventing unwanted moisture and debris from penetrating the slabs. The homeowner agreed and work was scheduled to begin a few weeks later.
