Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

A company in Meservey, IA had uneven concrete on their front porch, so they called American Waterworks for a FREE Estimate. Our Design Specialist, Mac Cole, inspected the concrete and came up with a solution. 

Our Foreman, Brandon Wiskow, and his production team injected our PolyLevel, a foam made to raise and level the concrete surface. Management of the company were very happy with the work and will use American Waterworks for other building repair needs!

The homeowner in Clear Lake Iowa wanted to level off a sinking slab near their front step.  Using our PolyLEVEL system, American Waterworks was able to adjust the slab back to it's original position.  

A loyal client of American Waterworks contacted us for assistance in leveling off the concrete sidewalk leading up to the front porch of his home.  American Waterworks was able to lift and level the slabs with no trouble at all, using our patented PolyLEVEL concrete leveling solution.  For added protection and to prevent any further shifting, American Waterworks applied a joint sealant called Nexus Pro. 

Lee O. in Northwood, IA noticed that after the winter, his driveway has sunk about two inches from the lip of his garage. He saw a commercial for American Waterworks and was interested to learn more about our PolyLevel concrete repair solution. One of our PolyLevel experts, Jared Wroblewski, drilled penny-sized holes into multiple spots of the driveway where the foam would be injected. He injected the PolyLevel foam until the concrete was leveled and raised to the appropriate height. Once the foam is injected, it takes about 30 minutes to cure, so Lee was able to see the transformation almost immediately. The entire process took a couple of hours. Lee can enjoy a raised and level driveway for years to come!

A homeowner from Ellsworth, WI, was dealing with a cracked, uneven patio. Not wanting to have to deal with trip hazards in her space, she decided to begin the search for a company that could fix the problem. One night, she saw one of our ads on TV and decided to give us a call. She set up her FREE estimate and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Canon T, headed out to the home. 

Once Canon finished his inspection, he met with the homeowner to give his findings. Canon explained that we could address the sinking concrete with the help of our PolyLevel method. Our PolyLevel is a dense, polyurethane foam that expands when injected beneath sinking concrete slabs. It slowly fills voids left by soil erosion and slowly lifts the slab back into place. He went on to say that we finish our lifts by installing our NexusPro. A silicone-based sealant, NexusPro gets applied to cracks and joints in the concrete and works to prevent unwanted moisture and debris from getting below the slab. The homeowner liked the sound of the plan, and the job was scheduled to be completed a few weeks later. 

On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Troy, and his team completed the lift with no issues. Now, our homeowner can enjoy her outdoor oasis without the worries of taking a tumble!
