A homeowner from Mankato, MN, was beginning to notice a section of uneven concrete on his driveway. This sinking patch made it more difficult to enter and exit the driveway, causing members of the home to press on the gas to get over the bump. Tired of dealing with the issue, the homeowner decided to search for 'sinking concrete repair near me' and quickly found American Waterworks. He was impressed with our work in the area, and decided to claim his FREE estimate, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Dylan W, was headed to the home.
When Dylan arrived, he completed his inspection of the driveway and then made recommendations as to how we could help. Dylan explained that we could address the concrete sink with the use of our PolyLevel injection. He explained that PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected beneath concrete slabs, slowly lifting the slab back into place as it expands. He went on to say that, to protect the new lift, he was recommending our NexusPro joint sealant, a silicone based sealant applied to the joints and cracks in concrete. It's specially designed to stand up against harsh weather conditions and UV rays, meaning a single application can seal the joints and cracks in concrete to protect is from damage caused by soil compaction and washout. The homeowner liked the sound of Dylan's plan, and the two began to search for a good day for the slab to be lifted.
On the day of the installation our Foreman, Patrick, and his Co-Foreman lifted the entire driveway, putting an end to our customers frustrations!
